Good location but they cleaning need to be improved!

Good location, near railway station and city

It was not clean, toilet, floor and carpets were dirty. Also not very clean sheets, or none at all, had to ask for clean ones

Fantastic, once we were in.

The location and the size were fantastic. The view from the balcony was superb.

The address given was for a pick up of keys, that wasn’t made clear when we arrived and we had a wait before we were met and taken to appointment.

Safe apartment with secure parking (for a fee). Easy access to sites and neighboring cities. Modern area with many restaurants and shops. Very close to the train station.

good place in terms of location, facilities and size of apartment. great for families,

location convenience, well equipped modern kitchen, large bathrooms, nice views from rooms. washing machine provided had a bathroom with a shower stall, long bath and toilet had another toilet just next to the bathroom comfortable dining and lounge area. would have been a great way to dine at the lovely table outdoors had it not been winter. right next to a mall with many shopping and eating options right next to a train station too beds comfortable and linens were clean owners were very responsive and helpful

hard to find it for quite a bit, for the original address was not where we were to actually stay at. hauled luggages up n down street to no avail eventually a very kind staff showed us to another location closer to the mall rooms were a tad small but was very comfortable and had great views dryer did not work but they sent people to repair it, only to learn the motor is gone replacement parts coming only in mid jan 2023

Because of the location, I'd be back again if coming to Stuttgart

location was OK. next to a mall where there's a food court there was an underground car park that could fit 1.9m height car

dirty dishes were in the dish washer when we finally managed to check in around 5 to 6pm. I think the guy might have forgotten to switch on the washer to let it run. very nice and friendly guy who helped to pass the keys, directed us to the carpark, cleaning the apartment etc. paid for car park at EUR30 per night

The apartment was very spacious compare to other apartments, has 3 bedroom in it, all facilities was provided , washing machine was available. dryer was there as well ( although not working). location was very good, on top of a mall. and in the city, near most of the attraction, close as well to tram station.

Cleanliness was not professional. the dryer was not working. although we have complained and someone said will come but he didn't come. No AC, in summer can be very hot

Really nice staff. The place is spacius and well located. If you are a smoker you'll love this place but if you have a problem with smoke smell don't get this place.

It smell really bad. People smoked inside and the whole place and the bed linen smelled like smoke.

Great apartment to spend some days with family exploring Stuttgart

It’s a very nice and large apartment, on top of Milaneo shopping center, one station away from Stuttgart main train station, but also 15 min walking distance to city center, if you don’t want to take the train. It was easy to communicate with the owner. it was clean and also has a nice balcony.

Excellent stay in a luxurious apartment.

The apartment at No 11 is very spacious with three bedroom, a large hall and dining area. The location is just above Milaneo Shopping Centre and nearby Stabibliothek (Public Library).

The location of the apartment is excellent, nearby you will find a large shopping center, with various shops. For the parking place you will receive a card that allows you an unlimited number of entrances and exits. Although it is mandatory to keep the designated parking space, on the last day it was occupied by another tourist's car

Although we agreed with the host the exact time of handing over the keys, this happened with a delay of 30 minutes. The parking fee is for each day of stay: for example you pay 4 nights for accommodation and 5 days for parking. Although I requested the invoice, I have not received it yet

Excellent value; spacious and convenient apartment on top of a shopping mall

Apartment is spacious; complete facilities (washer and dryer important for family) and host was helpful to guide with the check in as well as helped us with the luggage. The location is very convenient since you just a few floors down you have access to the mall with an extensive food court/ restaurant choices.

Nothing major, just getting into the resident car park and walking route to apartment is a small complexity as its located in a developed shopping complex.

The staff was extremely helpful and kind. The apartment was very spacious and a nice location. Parking was convenient. It was such a great place for the value. We really enjoyed our stay!! Would stay again!
