This apartment is FAR FROM LUX IN STUTTGART

The location was okay, we could walk into the city in about 20 minutes. The apartment appeared to be fairly new and modern with good appliances.

Well where do I start. Cleanliness was just passable. Bath towels were disgusting, small and almost threadbare. One set for a three night stay. The linen was not ironed and all crinkled on the bed. We were asked to strip the bed on departure and I wished we never had to see what we discovered and had been sleeping on for 3 nights. The mattress topper was filthy and urine stained, not just in a couple of spots but all over. I booked this apartment as it had a washing machine. When I went to use the machine it was full of wet cleaning rags. I was HORRIFIED. Luckily there was a cleaning cycle available which I used before doing my washing. The dishwasher still had dishes in it from the previous occupant. No lift and 8 flights of stairs to the unit we stayed in. Maybe the owner should spend some money and remove the ridiculous light fittings which hang very low and all of the unnecessary ornaments and replace all towels and linen and the disgusting mattress topper and doonas.

The photos on booking.com were not of the apartment we were renting and no mention of being on the top floor which meant pulling suitcases up 8 sets of stairs. It was listed as for 3 people but the lounge in the loft was not a fold down bed, very uncomfortable for 3 people. Would have been good to have access to more kitchen condiments

In the end, the mood was ruined, and staying in these apartments was simply unpleasant

Terrible. The stay in these apartments was, to put it mildly, very disappointing. First, the positives - the renovation is quite nice, everything looks stylish. There is a small kitchen, a kettle, and a coffee machine. It is fairly close to the city center. The area itself is quiet.

The first thing we noticed when we walked in was a strong smell of weed throughout the entire apartment. This smell did not disappear even after a whole night. Second - cleanliness, or rather the lack of it. Wrinkled bed linen with no sense of freshness. A lot of women’s hair on the duvet cover and pillows. The towels did not smell fresh either - it felt like they were simply folded after the previous guests. The kettle was completely covered in limescale. We realized that sleeping in such conditions was impossible and contacted the manager. To be fair, they responded quickly and sent a cleaner. While we were away, she did some light cleaning and changed the bed linen. It became slightly better, but the bedding was still not as clean as it should have been. The smell of weed was still there. At least the kettle was cleaned. It’s a pity all of this wasn’t done before our arrival.

Extremely well-equipped, easy check-in/out process, safe and secure, parking directly outside at a very fair price, lots of storage for those having lengthy stays. Very well-furnished and feels lived-in instead of a temporary residence. Brilliant communication from the owner.

20 minutes walk to the center of the old city.

The apartment is easy to find. It's on the third floor, but there's no elevator. The parking lot is on the side of the road, but it doesn't work with cards, bills, and coins. A daily ticket of 11.3 euros. 20 minutes walk to the center of the old town.

One of the best stays ever.

Everythings super clean, we had everything we needed, the amenities are super new and easy to use. We slept great, the bedsheets are super soft and comfy, the bed/sofas also. Modern, luxurious & clean inferior. The host is quick to reply & help with anything super fast. We were super pleased with our stay. Thank you!!

Super Wohnung, Lage toll, aber sehr kalt in der Wohnung

Sehr modern.

Alle Heizungen waren aus. Alle Fenster waren schräg gestellt. Die Wohnung war komplett ausgekühlt und hatte nur 16°. Sie war über Stunden nicht warm zu bekommen. So kann man sich nicht wohlfühlen.

Die Sauberkeit war nicht gewährleistet, das Bad dreckig, in den Schränken lagen Sachen, es gab nur 3 Tassen, zu wenig Gläser, Teller, Besteck. Änderungswünsche wurden nur nach mehreren Emails und viel Nachdruck nachgekommen.

Es gab in der Wohnung leider weder Besteck, noch Küchenrolle, Handtücher für die Küche, geschweige denn Teller oder Gläser. Fand ich sehr schade und musste aus der Flasche trinken plus Plastikbesteck kaufen gehen um zu essen. Zusätzlich warne die Kissen etwas durchgelegen, sodass diese nicht ganz so bequem mehr warne

Het appartement ziet er fotos leuk uit maar het is een ruimte met meubilair. Je voelt dat er niets eigen in zit maar puur bedoeld is voor verhuur.

1) veiligheid. Iedereen kan zomaar het gebouw in. Iets verderop zitten daklozen aan de drank. 2) veiligheid-2: 2 van de 3 brandalarmen lagen werkloos in een lade; 3) trap met metalen randen 4) uitzicht: volgens de brochure; op een graffiti hekwerk 5) bed; alsof je met je kont op de grond ligt; 6) bij aanvang gekreukelde lakens 7) kussens zo slap dat je hoogd het matras raakt. 8) geen parkeerkaart 9) grauwe grijze sfeerloze buurt. 10) alsof iemand anders de boel heeft ingericht, grote gebogen staande lamp in een kleine ruimte met eegens een functieloos burootje. 11) volle waatwasser bij aankomst Nee, geen aanrader.

Leider nichts...von dreckigen Handtüchern und kaputt bis hin zum Geschirr des Vormieters noch weg räumen bis hin dreckiges Besteck und Geschirr in den Schränken...Staub überall...zu wenig Geschirr teilweise nur 1 Glas oder Teller einer Sorte vorhanden..nicht mal ein Flaschenöffner da..einfach Basics nicht mal vorhanden.

Il centro è raggiungibile a piedi e in strada c'è sempre disponibilià di parcheggio. C'è anche uno spiazzo gratuito, non custodito nella via laterale di fronte al building. Il balcone è bene attrezzato e fruibile, con due sedie e un bel tavolino. La doccia ha tappetino antiscivolo e i prodotti da bagno e asciugacapelli sono di buona qualità. Il divano letto è ampio e comodo.

Appartamento al 3° piano senza ascensore, con rampe di scale ripide e strette. Una sola chiave a disposizione. Nell'appartamento non ci sono indicazioni a supporto del turista, in quanto a negozi e/o ristoranti. Niente aria condizionata - solo un ventilatore a torretta, insufficiente durante il giorno. Lenzuola e federe arruffate e cuscini scomodi e informi anziché guanciali. Asciugamani piccoli e insufficienti. Vetri e tende lerci con ragnatele. Living: Lampadari a 1,65 da terra (facile picchiarci la testa) e impolverati. Tavolini della sala in vetro e specchio, sporchi. Nessuno strumento per pulire (scopa, paletta, straccetti). Nessun prodotto per pulizia cucina e bagno, solo liquido per i piatti. Lavatrice e asciugatrice, non in appartamento: in sgabuzzino dedicato, una rampa in su, apribile con card appartamento. Nessun supporto per stendere, nessun catino. Pur essendo building non smoking: divano con bruciature e vicini fumatori, con puzza di fumo in casa tutto il giorno e la notte. Cucina: piano sporco, tostapane pieno di residui, ceppo dei coltelli unto, piano cottura sporco, rubinetto precario. Piatti e bicchieri mischiati e totalmente spaiati. Pattine assenti e un solo asciugamanino al posto dell’asciugapiatti. Forbici, apribottiglie, scolapasta, assenti. Padelle rovinate e paletta in plastica bruciata. Tappeto in camera da letto pericoloso, molto scivoloso su fondo di resina – non ha antiscivolo. Parchimetri in zona non prendono alcune carte di credito italiane – si suggerisce utilizzo di app telefonica (per es. PayByPhone).

Όμορφο διαμέρισμα, απογοητευτικές υπηρεσίες.

Όμορφο διαμέρισμα με καινούργια έπιπλα, καλός φωτισμός, εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα. Γενικά ένα διαμέρισμα που δεν είχε κάτι αρνητικό. Εξαιρετική συσκότιση (στόρια) και ανεμιστήρας με καλή απόδοση. Εύκολο δωρεάν πάρκινγκ στη γύρω περιοχή.

Τα ασιδέρωτα σεντόνια και οι ασιδέρωτες πετσέτες (το σιδέρωμα είναι απαραίτητο από άποψη υγιεινής σε λευκά είδη που χρησιμοποιούνται από πολλούς). -Το γεγονός ότι δεν υπήρχε έξτρα σετ για στρώσιμο του 3ου κρεβατιού (καναπές-κρεβάτι) παρόλο που η κράτηση ήταν ξεκάθαρα για 3 άτομα. -Η μηδενική ανταπόκριση του ιδιοκτήτη σχετικά με την έλλειψη σεντονιών για το 3ο κρεβάτι. Έλαβα μόνο μια απάντηση να ψάξω στη ντουλάπα, βρήκα ένα κουβαριασμένο κατωσέντονο (καθαρό αλλά ασιδέρωτο) καμιά μαξιλαροθήκη και τίποτα για σκέπασμα. Όταν ενημέρωσα δεν πήρα καμιά απάντηση εκτός των οδηγιών check out για την επόμενη ημέρα. -Το κτίριο δεν έχει ασανσέρ και ήμασταν στον 4ο, το ανέβασμα μιας μεγάλης βαλίτσας είναι απαιτητικό.

Los apartamentos están muy bien, con parada de bus cerca.

Solo como observación, Ojo! no quita lo bien que está el apartamento, creo que tiene demasiada decoración y alfombras y en la cocina tenía TANTOS accesorios sobre la encimera e isla que apenas se podía trabajar en ella.

Wunderbar!

Mir hat die Gastfreundschaft sehr gut gefallen – eine Besitzerin/Managerin mit einem höflichen und freundlichen Team. Die Umgebung war schön, ruhig, begleitet vom Zwitschern der Vögel. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig. Wir waren eine große Familie, aber das Personal zeigte keinerlei Unannehmlichkeiten oder Störung!

Die Präsenz von Insekten war aufgrund der naturnahen Lage völlig nachvollziehbar. Familien mit Kindern sollten vorsichtshalber Insektenschutzmittel mitbringen. Sehr aufmerksam: Im Hotelzimmer stand ein Set zur Behandlung möglicher Insektenstiche bereit – ein durchdachter Service!

Die zur Schlüsselbox angegebenen Informationen im Video und PDF Paper stimmen mit den tatsächlichen Gegebenheiten vort Ort nicht überein: Die Schlüsselboxen befinden sich nicht am Hintereingang an der Backsteinmauer, sondern innen im Haus im Hausflur. Dies hat zur Folge, dass die anreisenden Gäste darauf angewiesen sind, dass zufällig jemand im Haus einen sieht und die Haustür öffnet. Wir sind einmal spät abends rausgeklingelt worden, weil die Gäste nicht an ihre Schlüsselbox kamen. Wenn niemand im Haus ist, hat man Pech gehabt. Interessant ist auch die Check-Out Mail, in der die Gäste explizit darauf hingewiesen werden, die Wohnung sauber zu verlassen und den Müll in die Mülltonnen zu entleeren, um die Servicekräfte zu entlasten. Leider gab es in der Wohnung weder Putzmittel oder irgendein Gerät, um die Wohnung durchzusaugen oder zu fegen noch sind irgendwelche Mülltonnen für die Gäste zugänglich. Laut Mietvertrag zahlt jeder Gast für die Endreinigung der Ferienwohnung, von daher finde ich solche Bemerkungen zumindestens grenzwertig.
