About this apartment rental
The apartment is on the ground floor (10 steps access) of a historic, listed building from 1889. It is decorated entirely in white. 3 bedrooms and a very large room (3 joined old building spaces) for the kitchen, dining room and living room, large bathroom with shower and toilet and underfloor heating and a small toilet with shower. Two of the bedrooms have a view of the garden (very quiet) and one of the street (also very quiet at night). Almost everything is newly renovated.
The apartment is ideal for artists performing in the theater because they can walk there!
Also for guests who want to enjoy the cultural programs of a city: everything is close!
Ideal for 2 couples or for a family with 2 children.
Two of the bedrooms have double beds and the third has a 1.40 wide bed.
The master bedroom has a 2. 10 meter long and wide box spring bed, wonderful!

The picture doesn't show how nice this place is. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Communication was exceptional and very helpful. Train was right down the road.

Very large unit within 15 minute walk to main train station and also the heart of Stuttgart. Public transportation by U-Bahn is 10 minutes walk. The apartment is very well stocked and modern. Bier Garten 10 minutes away and there are many restaurants in the area. We would definitely come back and the owner was very quick to return any messages that we sent.
