Incompentent and rude host with no flexibility ruined my holiday

nothing. it ruined my holiday. their incompetence it's something that should be studied.

they're extremely incompetent and rude. they have a weird check-in and refund policy. they don't know how to use email, they rejected my request for a late check-in one day before me getting to Stuttgart telling me that "the request was in the spam inbox and they didn't see it". i was left with no accommodation and they ruined my holiday. stay away, stay away.

It was a horrible stay, the host treated me badly, he said I was working on a website, even though I wasn't working and I was just arriving. He mistreated me. He said things he shouldn't have, I didn't like it, it was horrible.

It was very good.

The appartement is in great location. Very close to the city center. It was very clean and renovated (or new). It is specious and warm. The kitchen was suffinitelly equiped and it was very nice that there were left tablets for the washing machine.

It is always good to have a spare sheet, blanket and pillow.

Perfect appartement for families

The appartement is very nice and 2 minutes walking distance from the centre. It is fully equipped and very comfortable! The owner is very friendly and available! It is the right choice for our family (2 adults and 2 kids). We highly recommend it!

Great location

No air conditioning, the apartment was very hot and you can’t open the windows since outside is very noisy. We simply couldn’t get any sleep. I don’t recommend it for hot days

El apartamento está bien equipado y es amplio. Resulta confortable. No es muy ruidoso. La ubicación no es la ideal para una ciudad como Stuttgart, pero se llega al centro en unos 15 minutos andando.

El acceso se hace a través de un pasillo sin iluminación, lo que resulta un poco incómodo de noche. No me gusta la costumbre de que no haya ropa de cama al uso, con sábanas y almohadas con su almohadón.

Alles super. So wie auf den Bildern. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage sehr zentral. Alles fußläufig. Selten so eine tolle Ferienwohnung gesehen, obwohl ich sehr viel reise. Nichts zu beanstanden.
