In the cold Stuttgart climate, the house was indeed very warm. It felt like a small home, there was everything we need, very big shower and nice kitchen, plus a small living room very cozy. The host was also so nice to us!

Lovely apartment

Very nice apartment, clean and well presented. Well equipped, everything you need to wash clothes and cook. Shower was very nice and the balcony was a good size. Good size Aldi within walking distance.

Only issue was that parking is a little tricky, between 10pm and 8am it’s free on the street but outside those hours you have to pay.

Not the nicest neighborhood in Stuttgart, but a clean, quiet and functional apartment. Easy public transport to city centre. Good Italian food (Trattoria Vivaldi) and Irish beeer (Alte Schule) nearby.

Cosy apartment in nice neighbourhood. Apartment was spacious and had everything necessary. The host was very friendly and gave us the location details beforehand so it was quite easy to find it.

Maybe to have some cupboards or hagers on the rooms to put away your clothes.

Very nice journey here.

Host is very nice and problem solving quickly. And the room is big and meet our requirement of three person in three different areas. And we can cook by ourselves. Not far from the market to get some food and living items. It's very good and we will consider it next trip.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral, alle wichtigen Geschäfte und Ziele sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung erreichbar. Die Räumlichkeiten waren gepflegt, funktional und angenehm eingerichtet. Alles war gut organisiert und reibungslos vorbereitet. Insgesamt ein sehr unkomplizierter und angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Die Parksituation ist in der Umgebung etwas eingeschränkt, was in zentraler Lage jedoch nicht ungewöhnlich ist. Ansonsten gab es nichts zu beanstanden.

Sehr zu empfehlen.

Herr König war sehr freundlich und super erreichbar. Wir konnten unser Gepäck schon deutlich eher abgeben und durften auch etwas eher dann in die Wohnung. Unseren Buggy konnten wir geschützt im Erdgeschoss abstellen. Es hat uns wirklich super gefallen.

Es war, wie schon gesagt, wirklich super. Uns hat in der Küche aber ein bisschen Ausstattung gefehlt. Ein scharfes Messer wäre zum Beispiel super gewesen.

Bel posto, ma...

La pulizia dell'appartamento e la posizione: sia il quartiere, molto carino e accogliente, sia rispetto al centro con cui è molto ben collegato, sia per la vicinanza con altri luoghi di interesse (avevamo la macchina, con facilità di parcheggio gratuito vicino casa). La lavatrice e la lavastoviglie perfettamente funzionanti.

Non abbiamo mai visto lo staff. Gli scambi sono avvenuti solo tramite messaggi su Booking. Alcune richieste non hanno avuto risposta (probabilmente in quanto non considerate adatte - e ci sta) ma due parole di risposta, cortesia vuole che ci siano. Non abbiamo avuto alcune informazione sulla struttura e sulla città : come differenziare i rifiuti, mezzi pubblici, locali interessanti. Abbiamo ovviamente provveduto da soli, ma in altre esperienze fatte con affitti brevi, lo staff ci hanno fornito informazioni che non avevamo neanche immaginato di chiedere. Il set della cucina era insufficiente: la padella inutilizzabile a causa di un solco profondo nel materiale antiaderente. Le pentole, solo due di grandi dimensioni. Posate non adatte a cucinare, solo a mangiare: per esempio, 1 solo coltello utile per tagliare ogni tipo di alimento crudo pe poi cucinarlo.

Logement confortable et bien situé

Le logement est fonctionnel et très confortable. L'emplacement est très bien situé à 2 minutes de l'arrêt de bus qui va au centre ville. Les indications données par sms étaient claires.

L'accès à l'immeuble se fait par une porte qui est parfois fermée dont on n'a pas la clé, ce qui est un peu stressant. L'environnement est un peu spécial avec des objets en débarras dans l'immeuble ou à proximité. Il y avait peu de couverts (2 petites cuillères) et une bouilloire qui fuit.

Emplacement idéal

L'emplacement est idéal, quartier sympa et calme. Le réseau bus et uban permet de se déplacer dans toute la ville, le centre est à 7 min en bus. Bien que la cuisine semble étroite, les chambres et le salon sont assez grands pour ne pas se sentir entasser. La salle de bain est spacieuse.

Il manque des équipements essentiels pour cuisiner (passoire, couverts, casseroles) Il n'y a qu'une table sur le balcon, difficile d'en profiter. La vue n'est pas idyllique, la cour n'est pas très propre, il n’y a pas vraiment de petit jardin.

Durchgehend lieblos.

Meine Anfrage vor Anreise wurde mir nicht beantwortet. Als ich vor Ort nachfragte, war niemand zuständig. Das Apartment war sehr sauber. Allerdings gab es keine warme Bettdecke und der Fernseher war nicht programmiert. Leider alles sehr lieblos.
