Enjoyable apartment for the short stays.

Nice and comfy accommodation with 2 bedrooms and livingroom. All well prepared with parking space in fornt of the house. We didn't experience any issue with facilities during our stay.

The place might be little bit noisy sometimes (weekend's evenings) as we experienced.

We wouldn’t return and would not recommend

The flat is in a great location and could be a wonderful apartment. But it needs a major clean. The carpet needs a professional clean as there are stains on it. The bathroom needs to be modernised, it’s got damp and is not clean. Looks like a student digs.

There is a message to respect the long term tenants upstairs but they have no respect for people below. Banging the front door and stampede down the stairs. But the worse was at 1.30am we were woken to running about above the bedroom. When I finally shouted up they actually ran out the building like naughty boys and were kicking a football down the road. Do we worked out they were playing football in the flat at 1.30 to 1.45 am!!!

Property as advertised. Good location. Easy to access. Everything worked as expected.

Parking is incredibly difficult in the area and the 'at the property' parking is the size of a smart car. They shouldn't advertise that the property has parking and also sell parking permits when it really isn't practical. It was very stressful driving around at night trying to find a spot.

Suitable for what we wanted,beds for night

Could have done with new oven pans,toilet seat wobbled,not suitable for elderly as two of us are 80 and found Bath slippy having a shower,and found double bed low

A lovely, well presented property. We had a comfortable one night stay!

Good location Parking outside Comfortable beds Clean Well equipped kitchen, even though we didn’t use anything for our one night stay. Good televisions.

The sofa bed very uncomfortable both as a sofa and bed. Bath towels small and toilet seat wonky! The windows need a good clean from the outside.

Well equipped, lovely flat for a short stay.

The flat is lovely and tastefully decorated, very clean and extremely well equipped. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Some nice places to eat and a beach within 5 min walk. The Spinnaker Tower 30 min walk away.

At the time of our stay the building was covered with scaffolding. Not great for light sleepers, you can hear every step from the neighbouring flats. The smaller bedroom with bunk beds doesn't have a window (there is a glass panel with a hallway view), no outside space. Despite of this, we loved the flat and our stay.
