No pool, or jacuzzi, also have to pay $15 parking which is ridiculous in this area of town. Had a homeless guy at breakfast.

The suites are very clean. Coffee and tea are complimentary, location is good, beside a fun golf park, Safeway is an 8 minutes walk. We booked for one night and returned for the second stay. Daniella at front desk is very very patient and efficient when handling a back to back check in on a busy day when we checked in. Breakfast is average. Will recommend this hotel.

Walls are thin, we can hear steps and voices. Also, please provide better disposable cutleries for breakfast. Pillows are not the best at all

This hotel exceeded my expectations.

This property is conveniently located near the Kaiser Permanente hospital in Santa Clara. It is exceptionally clean, exceptionally comfortable, and welcomed me with courtesy and extra kindness. When I thought the little fridge was not working (because it was so silent) they offered to come check immediately. Throughout my stay, in fact, I was contacted to see if all was going well (via text). When I thought I needed a late checkout, my request was granted within minutes. I never did use the gym, business center, or breakfast room.

I would have liked the option to open a window and get fresh air.

The room and lobby were very clean.

Didn’t get the room we booked and when we brought it up were told we could have two beds instead or just check out and there was no compensation or even apology for the inconvenience. No atm for coin operated laundry machine and they did not allow coins to be bought at the front desk with a card. Toilet clogged at one point. Shower door wouldn’t close. Half the receptionists we encountered acted like we were an inconvenience. Asked for towels and got one hand towel not even folded. Got locked out on the patio at one point in the middle of the day.

We ended up here, unexpectedly, for three days when my son had a medical issue while we were traveling. The staff was super nice and helpful. The facility was brand new and spotless. The fitness room was top notch and open 24/7. The breakfast was a full, hot breakfast that changed daily. We always felt safe when going back and forth to our car. Parking was convenient. There were also plenty of nice places, inside and out, for me to work remotely. The only strange moment was when we had to book our room online each night rather than through the front desk person, but it wasn't a big deal and just took a few minutes. All in all, fantastic stay in a great hotel with a nice, attentive staff! Thank you!

Everything exceeded our expectations, unfortunately bed was too soft so uncomfortable to sleep.

The hotel is super clean from the moment you enter the parking lot. The room was clean. Bedsheets had no stains and towels smelled nice. Even the curtains did not smell dusty. The Carpets from the lobby, hallways and room did not have any odor.

I’m a senior with handicaps and found bathroom/closet door very heavy to use even on rollers. Pillows were horrible!! So much air in them made difficult to use.

this Inn is new and clean, the space enough for 2 person, near to many restaurants and convenience store. the staff is nice.

I stayed here for two nights, I can hear the room next to us talking clearly during the morning and midnight. the wall is too thin. the parking is 8 for a night.

Super relaxing one-night stay ... tottaly recommend it!

Breakfast included more or less everything that these kind of hotels offer but the quality was very good and the personnel super helpfull and professional. Moreover, breakfast was complimentary, so that gives extra points!

There is nothing that I actually did not like, but I will mention that there is a pet-fee of $50 as something that bothers me in general. However, I understand that this is part of most hotels policy and that there are also customers who might find this fair and reasonable.

could not sleep the two nites I was there due to the banging of the steel doors --- all night long. this was after ear plugs and using a loud sound machine. very disappointing. we heard absolutely everything thru the walls adjacent to our room: tv, conversations, laughter. no privacy. then the constant banging of doors and even dropping of items above us. there is little carpeting in the rooms which contributes to ricocheting sound throughout the building. i was giving it a second try, thinking maybe i had very loud teams/kids staying last time, but it was no different this time. it's something structural -- no sound proofing or insulation between rooms/floors/ceilings. we won't be back.
