I won’t be back at the location

Stuff is great everything was clean. Location was awesome.. but the pillows were awful still flat made it very difficult to sleep. It was so hot when we first got there the heater is blasting at like 85 is very difficult to like turn on the AC, only thing we could do is just turn off the heater and to crack a window.

Overall it was a good experience.

I enjoyed the location. It was near so many things like restaurants, the airport and the interstate.

My room was noisy with the cars outside. Sometimes it would wake me up. Also the room felt warm. The breakfast was confusing. I didn’t prepay breakfast but decided to go down one morning and pay for one. They said there was no chef for the day but they could do a la carte. I thought there was a buffet but was told the next day there was no buffet.

Convenient location for where we needed.

Location was convenient for what we needed. Shower was great - hot water and high pressure.

Heater in the room did not work well consistently, was always defaulted back to 20.5 degrees Celsius after a few hours, so had to get up to change it multiple times throughout the night. Housekeeping also was not available if we did not follow their alternate day schedule. For example, we skipped the second day, so requested it on third day, but it wasn't available, which meant we didn't have housekeeping until the fourth day. Traveling with a baby made that difficult in terms of trash and bedding (was able to get extra towels at the front desk).

Close to restaurant and shopping!

The chargers on my card they were charging me after for things I was not responsible for!!! When we arrived the carpet felt wet on both of our rooms by the bathroom. I told them that there was maybe a leak because it was both of our rooms. But that it wasn’t a big deal since we literally were just using the rooms to sleep in them. Now I wish I would have gotten the heck of out there as soon I notice it and had them switched me rooms! They ended up charging me the deposit and blamed us for the wet carpet and said it needed a special clean. Also charged me for the water bottle of water that we did not used. I’ve been to California several times and I know hotels usually charge for water so I always make sure to take some. Apparently we drank the darn water but when we left both rooms had 2 bottles unopened in each room! I bet they just charge people for this just to make an extra profit. If you do the math it’s a lot of money. I don’t t recommend them just for doing this to me!!!

Closer for our travel home from SF. eating areas near by. Friends were near by.

Room,corridor and elevator were musty smelling. Did not feel clean or well maintained. Expected a cleaner environment in Cupertino area so close to Apple. No complimentary continental breakfast. $14.95 starting for stale looking food.

The hotel is very beautiful when you walk in but then when you get to your room, it doesn’t reflect the quality that it looks like downstairs

I really didn’t like the fact that they’re charging $20 per night for parking self parking at that and then if my husband visits me that’s another $20 per night for his car so if I stay here for two nights it’s $80 just for parking and it’s not Valle the bed is not very comfortable
