breakfast on Sunday was good with the sausage very good.
Something done about the broken floor board in our room that my husband cut his foot on. I reported it and when we got back to the room that night it wasn't fixed nor covered up. When I ordered a king bedroom I thought it meant a king size bed but it wasn't.

Rooms were roomy and comfortable
Outside walkway that was dark at night. Breakfast was barely mediocre. Staff wasn’t friendly.

Breakfast was very disappointing.

The hotel is clean and in a great location, and the breakfast is simple but reasonable for the price.
There was noticeable noise from the floor above at night . Customer service could be improved, the staff didn’t smile or greet customers during check-in, which felt unwelcoming and strange.

It’s a great location, but the hotel is very run down. The carpets in the rooms are stained and smelly. Very old furniture as well.

Carpet was filthy. Extremely dark, didn’t feel safe. Rear elevator didn’t stop at 2nd floor. I was not aware until next day when front desk told me you have to go to floor 3, then down floor 2. After carrying all my bags to the exactly room location except I was floor 3. Advised staff the A/C didn’t work in my room twice, was told maintenance would address the issue. Which never happened. room was at 78, windows didn’t open. Had to leave a day early, couldn’t stay in a room with no air circulation.

Friendly staff. Felt bad for employees while in lobby heard 3 different parties complaining about condition of their rooms, one couldn’t believe no microwave in room or on property.
Property not being maintained at all.

breakfast was descent. Room is bigger but extremely unhygenic, stains all over carpet. The mattress and pillow were worn out gave me stiff neck for 2 days.
Stains on carpet, bed was not good. FIrst day stay I checked in at 6 and left for my things when I came back at 9.30 or so I could smell smoking like next door someone was smoking. The phone in room was not working so I called front desk from my phone , I guess he came and told next door cause it stopped but because of no ventilation smell stayed throughout the night.

Breakfast was ok Maybe a few more items and food choices .
The dining room furniture was out dated . Could be updated with a softer more modern furniture and tables . I was very disappointed the pool and spa were not heated . I probably would not have stayed had I know that in advance. The room 304 was ok . Dutch the old school desk chairs and put in a nice chase and comfy arm chair . Prune and trim and shape the beautiful overgrown landscape in the courtyard . Maybe think about remodeling and updating the bathrooms with walk in showers and only have a few bath tubs for families . Make happy hour 2 hours , not 1 . Staff was nice and professional. Good location. My room had buzzing mechanical noise all night. Needs new window treatments. Sheres and blackout drapes. Ditch the big wood levelores . Maybe upgrade to lager hd tvs tv programs were good. Overall I was comfortable and felt safe . Good location . New complete Paint to get a fresh and updated look both exterior and in the rooms and floors on the hallways.

Bed was comfortable. Pillows were the worst. Luckely I brought my own. Bathroom was very nice. Location good.
Carpet was old, stained and bunched up in spots. Halls were dark, no lights on. Carpets throughout were dirty. Halls had old spills, never cleaned up. Elevator in back of property, where I was, would not stop at 2nd floor. When I went for ice, I had to walk back up a very smelly share well. Hot tub was cold. Elevators were filthy. Awnings were tattered. There was cobwebs all over. Fountain was empty. Breakfast was 2 star. Staff was unresponsive, and most didn't speak english. Fire alarm is ancient, not sure it works. Someone tryed to enter my room the 3rd night. I left the next day. Will never, ever stay there again.

We went swimming at the pool when we got back after 2 hours our room door was open and cracked they blamed it on the carpet keeping it open but I remember closing it I could be wrong we reported to management they came picked it out I'm sure and then we stayed the night there but it was scary knowing that our door was open when we got back from their pool
Better communication about our room door being open when we got back from the pool we're gone for 2 hours at the downstairs pool and came back to our room door being cracked open

The facilities are a bit run down. Breakfast could be better

Spacious comfortable suites, decent complimentary breakfast, free parking, excellent location, quiet property, great sleep.

Checking in was easy. The room was mostly comfortable and clean. Being right near a major freeway was very convenient.
Some obvious disrepair -- including a dangerous loose door stop in the bathroom. Always having to enter through the front door only made parking near my room difficult.

The first room we got, the A/C did not work so had to get another room. The other room did not have any carpets, the bathroom did not have any hand soap. The beds were in bad shape and almost broken. Even after the cleaning, the staff did not refill the soaps and let parts of the room dirty. Overall, bad experience.

Bed was fine, shower was ok-ish
Room is pretty big.
Carpet should have been replaced 10 years ago.
Renovation should have been done 5 - 10 years ago.
The shower head isn't adjustable, for big people that isn't really nice.
Breakfast is an absolute joke, bought my own breakfast elsewhere.
Lobby interieur is poor. Guy at the bar is doing it's best, but was bored as hell.
Stairways are absolutely filthy and an awful smell.
The hotel is squeezing out the last few bucks before closing it down.
Would not return here.

The location was good for me, but I guess that was the only benefit.
The room needs a maintenance. Amnesties were worn out. And it was dusty.

The staff was nice. The room was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was OK. Towels are very soft.
Overall, this hotel needs a serious update of facilities. A lot seems very aged or broken. Cleanliness was below average.

I enjoyed how everything looked at night with the lights. It was beautiful.
My partner did not like the pool. He thought it didn’t look very nice. I didn’t care.

First of all, the staff was so kind and just overall top tier. I had a bit of a mix up with my online booking and they smoothed it out, no hassle. It was soooo great bc I was totally anticipating a complicated process.
Second, I travel a lot for work and stay in many, many hotels. I don't know what it was about that bed, but I got the best 2 nights of sleep that I'd had in a very long time. That bed gave my bed a run for it's money. Lol And I have never thought that about a hotel bed.
Clean facilities, beautiful plants, uncomplicated parking and there are stores within walking distance which is always nice.
11/10 recommend and will definitely stay here if I'm ever back in the area.
Thanks for the wonderful stay!
Only that I can't rate the service at a higher level. :)

The hot tub and swimming pool were decent, though could use a bit more maintenance. The beds were spacious, as we stayed in a room with two queen beds. They provided shampoo and conditioner, but no shower gel. The location was good and easy to find. Car park had plenty of space was quite.
Breakfast was underwhelming with limited options, and the same items every day. The Wi-Fi didn’t work on our first night, and the shower had no hot water until it was reset. The staff were fine, but not particularly welcoming.

It was clean
There is no microwave in the room and I went downstairs to the front desk and he said there were no more available. I asked if I could use one in the breakfast room. He said no I asked how I could use the microwave at the Cupertino hotel and he told me there was no way at this point. I then had to go to the tire center across the parking lot to use a microwave in their break room to reheat my leftover Chinese food. This turned in to a half hour ordeal. I later needed to use the hot tub for a sore back and it was so cold. I had to get out because I was actually getting cold in the hot tub temperature could not have been more than 90°.
The room only has one light in it and I feel like I am in a cave. And then inquired about laundry and a workout facility neither of which this hotel offers. So if you need any extra anything or help with anything you’re not gonna get it at the Cupertino hotel.

There were ants in the pool and the breakfast didn’t have anything

location, friendly staff, breakfast had healthy options
the building is old and not well maintained, elevator was not working

Good location and big rooms. Decent price for the comfort. But, not the same as before.
The breakfast was basically non existent. There were 2 croissants and a handful of slices of bread, some fruit, an handful of boxes of corn flakes, and boiled eggs. I’ve stayed at the hotel before and they had an excellent hot breakfast. Please Include an actual breakfast. I paid for it and could have gotten a better breakfast from Starbucks for the same price. If breakfast is advertised, it should be an actual breakfast. This didn’t even qualify as a continental breakfast.

The location is great, close to many important sites.
The main elevator was being renovated, once again.

Room was nice and comfortable plus 2 free beers at 5pm happy hour.
There were LED flood lights outside that blasted through the blinds all night. I dont like light when I sleep. Way to much outside like for my room.

We have stayed at Cupertino Hotel three other times in last two years. This time, there were 6-7 couples waiting on rooms. We had arrived at 1:30 pm planning to swim and then get ready for my 5:00 pm 40th high school reunion. Our room was not available until 3:30 making it tight getting ready. We always love the property. When we returned after breakfast to get our luggage, the battery in our door was dead would not open. We were very rushed to get to our 10:00 am appointment after maintenance opened our door.
The pool was freezing cold, like Lake Tahoe where we now live. The eggs were not fully cooked and my husband went back to get more food before 9:00 am and the food was put away. Food was much better before.

Facility was close to where I needed to go, area was nice, plenty of restaurants and stores in close proximity, easy access to the freeway, attractive lobby and pool, free Happy Hour (wine, beer), free breakfast, good size room. Overall pretty good. I would stay again!
Staff was friendly, but slow, breakfast was okay - not much to choose from, tables were not bussed during breakfast - had to ask someone to clean them so you could sit down
