Located in nice area to walk dogs. Dog friendly, nice staff to give us what we needed. Easy parking. Next to plaza with good food. Slept well!

Other hotels have morning buffet? That would have been nice but liked the morning coffee bar regardless. Shower pressure very weak.

It’s my time booked this hotel through booking.com. I always check with hotel directly again to make sure there is no any 3rd party surprises. Yet it’s hard to reach the hotel directly. However I did receive a 24h early check in email notification email from the hotel. For the first timer, it might cause a little anxious mood.

Great service, however can't store things in the fridge

Clean good sized room

The fridge is on a 2 hour timer. You can't store food in it or medication. I asked for a second ice bucket to try to make sure my insulin stayed cold, by floating it in additional bags the sweet front desk agent brought me. She was very helpful and offered to put it in the hotel fridges downstairs, but unfortunately, I needed it easily accessible. She immediately brought up a spare ice bucket and a few extra liners, even at 10 pm and was super friendly about it.

Reasonable price for a night's stay.

It was near the venue where we attended a party and the price is reasonable. I liked the suite room.

My request for the rooms to be in close proximity with the rest of my family was not followed. Two of the rooms were not also ready when my family members arrived. I know they were a bit late checking in, but I was not expecting that it won't still be ready at the time. I booked for 4 rooms with sofa bed but when I checked the rooms, there weren't any sofa bed available except for the suite that I stayed in. The rooms are generally clean but the lobby carpet needs an upgrade. There's a restaurant on site open during breakfast and lunch, then at 5pm for dinner.

Our stay was great, she facilities were easy to navigate and it was very clean.

The bed was VERY firm which caused me to wake up in pain. The fold out couch bed was nice but the mattress was very thin and you could feel the metal bars which is fine for children but definitely not for adults.

The rooms were very nice. Rooms were very clean. Bathroom was cleaned daily. Towels changed daily. Extremely good location—across the street from the Apple headquarters in central cupertino.

The receptionist at the lobby was kind of over it and annoyed when I was trying to check in. I don't expect receptionists to be smiling all the time but she just looked so annoyed when asking for my passport, name, etc. Also the price was kind of expensive.

General Review

The staff was very welcoming and the room we stayed in was very clean.

Just a minor complaint. My girlfriend and I wanted a King Suite on a higher floor and unfortunately the staff was not able to make the accommodation but it was reasonably understandable.

Convenient to wedding venue. Good parking.

Construction was not mentioned when booking hotel. Workers nearby started extremely early on a Saturday morning. Pillows smelled like they had not been washed. Bathroom floor had hair, very apparent it was not cleaned and shower could use a scrub. Light near bed burned out and didn't work, no bathroom amenities ex. Lotion, q-tips, cotton balls etc. Did have a pump station for shampoo etc but very drying and the smell primarily for a man. Didn't know you could ask for water, lotion etc until I left. No sign saying if you need water bathroom items please call front desk. Feels like they are hiding them to save money.

Didn’t have breakfast. The location was great. Very close to the freeway

The phone (landline) in our room didn’t work. I had to go to front desk twice Saturday night to ask for blanket and again about breakfast. I forgot to mention to the night crew. I mentioned the phone issue this morning to the employee, she didn’t seem to care much. I then asked if we could at least get two bottles of water due to the inconvenience of the phone not working. She said no and that the bottled water was for guest that were checking in and not leaving. She directed us to the water in the pitcher. We had a long journey home and really didn’t want the water in a cup.

Quiet location, easily accessible.

booked a suite 2 months in advance but wasn’t available. Quiet hours is not enforced, people were laughing at the pool until at least midnight. Bed wasn’t that comfortable and not ventilation in the bathroom.

The bed was as hard as a rock . worst night sleep i ever had . I've stayed at other courtyard hotels and always had a cozy bed to sleep in . this time not . next time I'm in the area I'll stay somewhere else .
