If people bought room with breakfast included, that's what they want, there is no half and half!

Location is good, my kids like the Area.

I bought the room with breakfast included because it was my son's birthday, but at the Hotel, I WAS TOLD, the breakfast didn't included the Kids...how sad is that!?????? I bought the room for two kids and two adults, very miss leading!!! I did not tell my kids, because they like the Hotel, it matter for me. The refrigerator was too small, we could not put anything, our food in it.

After cleaning the rooms , everything should be checked to make sure things are working

Weren't honest about broken AC...overall bad experience.

The location was close to Mountain Winery. We were there for a concert.

We check in the room and noticed it was a little warm, so we turned up the AC. We noticed the room wasn't super clean, we found a fake nail on the bathroom sink area. When we returned from the concert, the room was super hot. When we called the front desk they let us know that the AC wasn't working. They offered to bring up a small fan. I asked why we weren't told when we booked and/or when we checked in. No answer. If we would have been told the AC was broken we never would have booked the room, or we would have cancelled and found a hotel that had AC.

Nice hotel for a visit to Cupertino for nearby family wedding.

Most everything about the hotel was very good. The service at the restaurant was slow on Sunday morning since there was only one waitress who was doing her best to take care of everyone. Location, parking, facilities are all very nice.

My single complaint was the fire alarm went off on Saturday night but only for floors 1-5. We were on the 9th floor and slept peacefully through it and heard about it the next morning from other folks staying on the lower floors. Obviously, this is concerning from a guest safety viewpoint. Fortunately, the fire department gave the all clear and guests were able to return to their room within 30 minutes. But what about us on the upper floors? Expendable?

Great location for staying in the South Bay, right next to a very good Vietnamese restaurant and across the street from shops and a Peets coffee. Very good value for the money for Silicon Valley. Hotel a bit dated, but overall not bad. Would definitely stay there again when I'm in town and want to visit my friends in the South Bay.

room seemed clean enough on check in but over the course of the 3 nights that we were there we started to notice some nastiness, mildew in shower, thick layer of dust on baseboards near the beds and behind bed side table.
