This is one of the best hotels I have ever had the pleasure of staying in. The room was phenomenal, and we enjoyed the kitchenette that came stocked with flatware and dining supplies, as well as a dishwasher. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast options were fantastic.

great location, felt safe within the mall/restaurant/grounds area. very clean area

my plane was delayed , front desk was very helpful allowing my brother to check in to the room rhat was only in my name

parking is difficult if you have a larger vehicle, i understand most of the people in the area drive teslas so they fit anywhere but it is what it is. i didnt ask if they possibly had a are for larger trucks (ive found places in seattle that do accommodate if inquired) so that's my 1 thought after the fact

Nice hotel. Pretty ok cleanliness, pretty ok (though not exceptional) service.

Pretty clean. Not exceptionally clean, but not dirty either. The free breakfast is decent - pretty standard fare. The waffles were good.

The gentleman who checked me in did not let me know that he wasn't giving me a room near the elevators like I asked for if possible. I only found out once I got to my room. Smelled pretty unpleasant when I first got up to my floor off the elevator. Room smelled too. Thankfully, you can open the windows, which helped.

great for a family of 3. we stayed in the 2 bed room suite which was enough space and was comfortable.

We stayed for 12 nights during a move and the hotel was very good.

The rooms are modern and clean. The bathroom and shower were very nice. The nights were pretty quiet. Parking was free in the parking garage, big bonus! The outside courtyard was relaxing and attractive. The location near restaurants was excellent.

Breakfast was not healthy and the products were cheap. We skipped breakfast at the hotel because of this. The in-room coffee and tea selections were not good. Loud cars in the parking garage set off car alarms frequently, although not during the nighttime sleeping hours. Many guests were not masked in the lobby and there was no staff enforcement.

Bed was very comfortable and the shower was amazing

Only complaint was the guests above us must of had kids so it was extremely loud and disruptive at 5 am when all you want to do was sleep in. The kids were running and jumping all over the place for several hours. The staff tried to help w contacting them. Was given a discount in our room.

I liked that the hotel was in the middle of a center with many high quality restaurants, and yet the rooms are very quiet. Hard to find both in one location!

The A/C couldn't get it quite cold enough for me, but I like it to be below 65 which is not typical I am guessing.
