I had the worst experience with staff when staying at ALOFT. I was in town for a medical certification course on a schol
Property itself was ok. The gym was nice.
Loud location. Parking is not ideal. The parking garage is tiny and once it fills you have to park on the street.

Good location but amenities and customer service very much substandard
    Location and it was clean.
Come on, put microwaves in the rooms, are you kidding me? For a premium priced room? You have to go down to the lobby to use the one and only small weak microwave in the whole complex. The workers are way too into their iPhones and socializing with each other. It’s like paying attention to their jobs and guests is the second priority. They are nice enough, when you can get their attention. Three of my 8 day stay got some breakfast from the very limited offerings. The girl was sitting way in the back, off to the side, doing something on her phone. Evidently she didn’t want to be seen doing this, so it looked like nobody was on duty. After waiting 10 minutes for someone to show up and take my order, I decided to go complain to the front desk and as I was walking in that direction I looked back and from a far angle barely caught a glimpse of the girl leaning back against a table seemingly without a care about checking in customers, totally engrossed in her phone. So I make a loud noise to catch her attention and she finally looks up and comes to the counter. The manager on duty was in plain view of me waiting and did nothing. Then the service was excruciatingly slow to prepare something as simple as oatmeal. I believe the female manager who was on duty in the mornings during my stay was the problem. Seems she really enjoyed her staff meetings in the lobby, and her lengthy talks with coworkers while well aware that customers were waiting either on her or on the employee she was jawboning.

    It was peaceful.
    Price is reasonable. Friendly staff.
No Netflix or youtube. We could hear the upstairs occupant’s footsteps over night.

Issues with rooms, but staff was accommodating
It had and a bar for afternoon drinks. Staff was friendly.
The hotel Initially put us in a room that was for handicapped which was not a problem. However, the handheld shower sprayer holder was broken and not usable for standing under. The second room we were moved to, the a/c would automatically shut off at night for some reason, even though the temperature was set. Also, shower tile areas could use some maintenance.

Very helpful staff! Helpfully near target and TJMaxx
Great facilities, the gym was good and I loved that there was free yoga Wednesday mornings, wine certain weekday evenings and free tea and coffee in the lobby area in the mornings
Felt expensive, but perhaps that’s just the area. Would have been lovely to have more rooms which offered outdoor balcony to enjoy the lovely weather.

Excellent location with clean, quiet rooms and great parking!
Super location that is easy to get to, really clean and updated rooms, nice underground parking with EV chargers, and extremely kind and helpful staff.
My only one issue is that a non-EV parked in one of the three EV charging stations for two days straight, preventing those of us with EV's from charging - I would appreciate having signage posted that tells customers that those parking spots are for EV's ONLY.

Satisfactory, I would stay again but reques a quiet room out of the way. A very good location for us.
A little noisy at evening time
