Great value for money

Small but beautifully put together. It is in a complex with the other small hotels. The rooms are clean, comfortable and very nicely decorated. All you need for a stay away from the centre of town.

It's not near the rock. You can only see it from one of the terraces and to access that terrace there's an extra charge. Same with the restaurant.

Cool design and good value for the quality of the hotel

I loved the interesting design of the rooms and property. The bed was comfortable, and the wifi worked well. It is a good value for the quality of he room and place.

It wasn't really an issue, but just an FYI, the restaurant wasn't open during the week.

The room and decorations. Is so beautiful, making a romantic atmosphere, specially at night.

Unfortunately is neer to a street with a lot of traffic. The location not is at exactly downtown (3 blocks away) but the price is according.

It was clean and spacious and the staff was helpful.

They cleaned the room and moved all our stuff from the floor to the closet which I found very weird and annoying. Also we almost forgot two pair of shoes because they were put in another compartment of the closet. & When I tried to shower there was no warm water. We asked at the reception and he said to wait for 30 min. While I was waiting another woman came into the room and said there was warm water, which there was for about 30 seconds until it was gone again.

¡Mi pareja y yo la pasamos genial!

Excelentes habitaciones con baño cómodo, regadera amplia y camas perfectas para descansar. Cerca del centro. Excelente atención del personal, muy amable. Estacionamiento seguro, y de acceso fácil para huéspedes.

Solamente aceptan pagos por transferencia o en efectivo. Estaría genial poder pagar con tarjeta de crédito.

Deben visibilizar el costo del suplemento por alojamiento de mascotas

La habitación

En la información de la página se señalaba que con el precio de la reserva quedaba cubierta la estancia de nuestros perrhijes, pero al llegar nos dijeron que eso no era así y nos cobraron un sobrecosto. Finalmente lo pagamos porque habiamos elegido el sitio al ser pet friendly y porque el costo del suplemento no fue excesivo. Sin embargo, el tema se centra en la publicidad engañosa, al no aclarar desde un inicio que a la tarifa inicial le vendrá un suplemento adicional por tema de estancia de mascotas, incluso pudiendo especificar el precio a partir del tamaño y numero de estas. Él hotel está bien, cumple en la relación calidad precio, solo esperamos que ajuste ese tema y no existan más clientes sorprendidos.

No te dicen que está unido con otro hotel el cual comparten estacionamiento y para poder usar la alberca hay que pagar por día

La terraza es lunda

La persona del check in insistía en que tenía que haber avisado que íbamos con nuestras mascotas, cuando esa especificación no aparece en Ninfa a parte de la página. El hotel está ubicado en la carretera, lo que hace la habitación muy ruidosa, incluso con la ventana cerrada. No ytienen restaurante y te ofrecen sólo una alternativa de servicio a domicilio. Por último, a la salida no había nadie en recepción por lo que no pude solicitar factura, la cual necesito.

Actividades extra

Todo fue perfecto. Solo una cuestión. Nos hospedamos dos personas en Alborada. Y teníamos dos amigos que se habían hospedado en otro hotel. Los invitamos a desayunar al restaurante (obviamente para que consumieran también ellos, pagando su respectivo costo) y posteriormente haríamos la actividad de las cuatrimotos. Pero nos dijeron que eso era exclusivo sólo para los huéspedes. 😑🙄 Creo que pudimos a haber quedado en un buen acuerdo.

Demasiado ruido

El ruido excesivo, una bomba se prendia 2 veces cada hora en la mudrugada, imposible dormir.

El ruido excesivo de una bomba del hotel, el ruido de una caldera del vecino o una tortilleria se escuchaba la maquina desde las 5 de la mañana, y el ruido de la calle deberian de colocar ventanas antiruido, es demasiado el ruido

La ubicación y las habitaciones que nos dieron súper calurosas y el día que ventilador no daba nada de aire. DEMASIADO RUIDO y no podías abrir las ventanas. Demasiado encerrado

La decoración de la habitación, el espacio de la habitación. Las instalaciones del hotel estaban limpias y ordenadas. El agua de la regadera es caliente.

1) La relación calidad-precio o costo-beneficio, pues consideramos CARO, ELEVADO, el precio que pagamos en relación a todo lo que se anuncia en la página; si bien la decoración de la habitación estaba linda, diferente, EL HOTEL SE ENCUENTRA EN UNA CALLE RUIDOSA POR LO QUE NO SE DESCANSA A GUSTO, aunado a que ninguna habitación tiene vista a la Peña, de hecho. 2) La cama y las almohadas no son tan cómodas. 3) El hotel no cuenta con áreas verdes, todo es pavimento, de hecho, estaban construyendo una zona, por lo que había mucho polvo y suciedad; no tiene ninguna buena vista, salvo desde el estacionamiento, pero como están construyendo, pues no se aprecia ni se disfruta igual. 4) Nos tocó que muy temprano en la mañana estuvieran moviendo cosas en la azotea, arriba de la habitación, lo cual perturbó nuestro descanso.
