We plan to stay there every time we are in Querétero.

It was close to our event. The property is very pleasant and clean and quiet. All the staff we encountered (check in, restaurant, maids) were friendly and very helpful.

Beautiful hotel, worst experience as a parent.

I really love the hotel as itself, the structure and the architecture of the hotel was beautiful, the food was okey. And the staff were pretty friendly.

the rooms were tiny and out of date, they are not baby or child friendly, they don't have frigde to store milk or any snacks for babies, the two nights my family and baby struggled sleeping, the other guest were loud and unrespecful about others.

It was a great location to get to the activities I needed to get to daily. Close to lots of restaurants and near nice neighborhood

Dirty Pool, no rules for guests when using it.

You can hear everything in the room, I heard alarms going off, the tv on the next room. the cleaning crew knocking on the door at 9:30 am on a Sunday. Kids being loud on the hallway at 1am on a Sunday. All the channels are in Spanish except for NFL.

Not coming back!

The pool was ok, but there is no enough space to seat or leave your things. Although the pool is heated, it could be a little warmer. If you're staying for one night could be a good option, not for longer stays.

I'm not returning to the hotel, the beds are unconfortable, the room is dark and humid. You can hear everything that's happening next door and whenever someone is at the hallway, specially the housekeeper's carts. In general the hotel looks old and in need of heavy maintenance.

leaked water from room AC whole night, secondly room intercom wasn’t working so I went to complain to reception but they didn’t even bother and I had to sleep in that leakage noise
