Spacious Bathroom: The bathroom amenities were fantastic. The shower was large and featured dual shower heads so my wife and I could comfortably shower together. The bathtub was equally spacious, and having two sinks with mirror cabinets added a great touch of convenience. ​Comfortable Bedding: The bed and linen were high quality, warm, and comfortable. ​Ample Closet Space: Generous wardrobe capacity for luggage and clothing.

Kitchenette & Dishwashing Setup: There is no dedicated kitchenette or counter space for groceries—just a small table holding a microwave, kettle, and coffee machine, with no dining table to sit down and eat. There is also no sink for dishes other than the bathroom sink. During the week, a plastic bucket is provided to leave dirty dishes outside for the host to wash, which was unideal as we would have preferred the setup to wash our own dishes privately. ​Privacy & Soundproofing: The toilet features a barn door that doesn't seal or close completely, impacting privacy. Furthermore, because the guest room is directly attached to the main house, sound carries easily between the spaces—if you can hear activity in the main house, they can hear you as well. ​Convenience & Amenities: Only 4 coat hangers were provided despite the large closet space. The room lacked a TV, the light switches were surprisingly complicated to operate, and entry/exit required punching a code into the main gate each time rather than having a remote. ​Listing Photo Clarity: The Booking.com photos display a wine bottle and glasses in the room, creating an expectation of complimentary wine. While not a huge deal, it was slightly misleading.
