Helaas teleurstellende prijs-kwaliteit verhouding, zowel wat betreft de accommodatie als de service.
Het huis is ruim en ligt op een mooie locatie. De bedden waren opgemaakt en sliepen goed.
Bij aankomst in Villa Lago op de afgesproken tijd waren de schoonmakers nog bezig en moest er nog worden gedweild. De inrichting van het huis lijkt nauwelijks op de foto's van de site en is niet mooi of gezellig ingericht. Er waren verschillende spullen kapot en/of niet schoon (koelkast, keukenspullen). De prijs-kwaliteitverhouding is wat mij betreft niet in balans. De eigenaar gaf aan dat hij bereikbaar was wanneer er iets was, maar reageerde niet op een vraag die wij hem tijdens het verblijf stelden. Bij contact achteraf gaf hij aan dat contact alleen tijdens het verblijf mogelijk is en hij onze vraag niet belangrijk genoeg vond. De eigenaar stond niet open voor enige vorm van feedback en was ook niet bereid tot excuus voor de gang van zaken. Voor mij helaas niet voor herhaling vatbaar.
