Park Central 84, 86 & 88

Clean, comfortable apartment, good location 10 min from the station and 15-20 into town. Has almost everything you need, but cleaning supplies are very limited. AC is great since the apartment is on the 3rd floor and it gets really hot. Kitchen and TV is nice. Overall , nice apartment.

The apartment is very stingy on cleaning supplies. Although they are clear on what they provide on the listing, it doesn't make sense to have the guests take out the trash (down 3 flights of steep stairs along with luggage and bags), unload the dishwasher, and wash, dry, and put away dishes if we only get 1 trash bag, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 tiny container of dish soap. I don't mind cleaning up after myself, and typically do so anyway, but it doesn't make sense when we had to ration our cleaning supplies throughout our week long stay. It would make sense to provide more cleaning supplies if you would like us to clean up. The lack of hand soap seemed stingy for the amount of money we paid.

The furniture was new and modern, it had two TVs, everything was clean, plenty of kitchen and bathroom towels, enough shower soap, all the kitchen utensils needed to cook almost anything, microwave oven and stove, plenty of clothing racks and hangers, A/C, a good welcome package, plenty of garbage bags, a lot of pillows, two dishwasher capsules and plate washing liquid and sponge, plenty of storage space. Using the key locker was awesome, it's easy to get the keys at check-in and leave them at check-out.

It would be a thoughtful addition to provide a few basic pantry staples such as salt, pepper, spices, and oil. These items are not easy for guests to bring along, and without them, guests often end up buying full containers and throwing away what’s left at check-out, which creates unnecessary waste. The TVs were not that smart so connecting a wireless phone is not convenient, some surfaces were dusty, there was no bathroom hand soap, there is no elevator and the 88b apartment was at the 3rd floor, a plate wasn't fully cleaned, no guest slippers, the WIFI QR code pointed to the wrong SSID so it was useless, manual connection was necessary. The key locker is time based so it cannot be unlocked prior to check-in time.

It was very quiet. The only noise was from the Kindergarten.

The location was very good and transportation was easy to use to go anywhere in the city. There is a beautiful park with lots of trails behind the building.

As seniors, we requested a bottom floor and were given the very top floor. There were 63 stairs and carrying suitcases and backpacks for seniors in our seventies it became very dangerous and exhausting. We did receive help going up, just by chance. Noone answered my request to show us how to use the tbermostat so we were quite cold for the entire week. We also could not turn the tv on. Our lack of knowledge on how to do it. What is the point of having an e-mail that noone answers? The Hague is wonderful.
