The property was extremely clean and spacious. These guys have tried to think of everything, even down to a welcome pack and shopping bag. The guy (sorry don’t know his name) who met us was extremely friendly, polite and informative. The kitchen is very well equipped and laid out, we were able to cook a couple of main meals using lovely fresh Dutch produce. The shower room and toilet were spotless and plenty of hot water. Appreciated the washing machine and tumble dryer. The entry system using our phone worked well, but a key card is provided. The lift was a bonus after a long day and sightseeing. The location is perfect, a little outside the main old town area but all within a short walking distance.

We found that the entrance, lobby and lift were not cleaned enough, after a couple of days it got quite grubby and the lift very stained. For us the pillows were extremely uncomfortable and hard / lumpy, personally I think they need renewing. Our main issue was every door in the apartment including the fridge was very squeaky, which is a problem at night. But overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We stayed in a studio on the second floor (with elevator) for 6 nights. For a studio it is quite spacious with a good layout. The facilities are good with quality equipment in the kitchen and nice comfortable beds (although I would have preferred one bed instead of two single beds put against each other). The apartment has nice large windows with a good view. The paid parking they offer (just across the bridge, 2 minute walk) is fine. There are many nice restaurants in this neighborhood .

There is no aircon in this apartment and it was quite hot when we stayed there (the ceiling fan gives some relief). Since there is no ac you will open the windows but you will have some noise of passing traffic. There are no supermarkets close to the apartment, it’s a minimum good 10 minute walk.

The apartment was very comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The beds were comfortable, and everything was exactly as shown in the photos. The location is very convenient, being only one stop away from the city center and easily reachable on foot. The kitchen is well equipped with many of the items you might need during your stay. The staff were very kind and helpful whenever assistance was needed. Paid parking is available (15€/night). There is a large supermarket within a 10-minute walk from the apartment. We were very pleased with our stay and would happily recommend it.

it would be helpful to provide paper towels and a larger supply of toilet paper for guests. It would also be nice to have some basic kitchen essentials, such as salt etc.

Only 1 shower for 5 people was not sufficient. No bathrooms attached to rooms. No lift inside the apartment, which had a lot of steps between living room and bed rooms. All suitcases were a problem. Location is midway
