Everything was amazing - huge apartment, lots of amenities, welcome package, fast and responsive hosts, calm part of the city, safe area, quiet, close to the center. Would come again.

It was accessible by digital key which was helpful

Only 1 shower for 5 people was not sufficient. No bathrooms attached to rooms. No lift inside the apartment, which had a lot of steps between living room and bed rooms. All suitcases were a problem. Location is midway

Fantastic location and very modern

The space was modern and very clean. Great communication from the staff and check in was so easy. The location is fantastic close to the tram stop and lots of great cafes.

If your staying for a prolonged period you will need extra toilet roll. Also the toilet is separate from the bedrooms. If your staying on the ground floor in the summer keep the windows closed or take mosquito spray as our whole apartment was visited by them we think from the canal opposite. ( this is no fault of the property and for information only)

Generally good stay but should have WhatsApp number for better communication.

Clean, spacious for 6 adults, close to restaurants and shops. Well stocked with all kitchenware.

We could hear the people above us walking. Sometimes late at night and it was quite annoying when trying to go to sleep. Our ekey had some problems. At one point it took us while to get in. No one answered the office door bell. Could not call anyone because Bizstay is not on WhatsApp. Coffee maker had issues. Leaked and some capsules were ruined.

Decent, nice, well organized. But frozen and noisy.

Good location, we were greeted by a very nice lady, the accommodation was clean, spacious and nice. The organization was great - when I needed adjustments in the invoice, they were made promptly.

It was COLD! They turned the heating on for about an hour a day, and I was freezing in that basement apartment in the morning. And there was a pump or something right behind my head that was very efficient in waking me up from sleep all night.

Great place to stay close to the centre of Den Haag

The apartment was just beautiful with everything you could possibly need for a family. Its location was very close to public transport only needing a credit card to swipe on and off.

Beautiful apartment, great stay

The apartment is very beautiful, spacious and comfortable. Situated in a super nice neighborhood and an elegant building, pretty close to museums and within walking distance from city center, but far from the noise. There is a spacious and cozy living area, with an open kitchen and all the necessary utensils and kitchenware, and an amazing view from all the rooms. The beds are large and very comfortable and this particular apartment is very quiet, so we had the best sleep. There are also a washing machine and a dryer, iron and board, pretty much everything you could need. Check in was easy and smooth, they provide you with instructions and are very responsive and helpful (both on email and phone). A few tips: they provide only the minimum amount of toiletries (for 4 persons we had a single very small soap and shower gel even though the apartment has 2 bathrooms and a toilet room), so make sure you bring your own. There is also a welcome package with some coffee tabs (one per person), tea and sugar, dishwasher tabs, kitchen cloths and toilet paper. Everything else you will need to bring/buy. The closest Albert Heijn is approx 15 minutes walking time.

The toilet room had clearly not been cleaned prior to our arrival, although the rest of the apartment was spotless. Most likely just a mishap. One of the bedrooms has a dressing room with a lot of hanging space, but only 6 hangers. Also, there is a single toilet in a 2 bedroom apartment, but 2 shower rooms, we found this odd.

Would highly recommend the BizStay!

This property was amazing. So clean and well stocked. They supplied welcome bag with water and supplies. The location was perfect and the agent who let us in to our room was very helpful.

It was a little warm at times with no air conditioning but the ceiling fans and windows helped keep the temperature comfortable.

We were greatly dissapointed that tbere was NOTHING in the kitchen; we had to buy all minor things like salt, oil, vinegar. Your rule that nothing can be left is ridiculous. We have travelled for 3 months through Europe and never encountered this silly situation. We will NOT recommend Biz Stay to any of our travelling friends!

Very practical, clean and homey place to stay near The Hague city centre

Beautiful and very convenient place to stay, close to the city centre of The Hague as well as public transport inside and outside of the city. The welcome was personal and warm, and the team responded very flexibly to our earlier arrival. Made our day! Entry by means of a pass or a virtual key provided by the venue team. All worked like a breeze! The apartment was very clean and everything was in order. Perfect in terms of amenities and facilities too! Would definitely stay here again and can very much recommend. Thank you again, Team of BizStay Mauritz, for a wonderful stay and for all of your support. It was great to stay with you and the apartment was like a home away from home for us for a few days. :-)

A lovely apartment in a lovely location.

Location and parking option. Kitchen, cleanliness, multiple towels, dishwasher and 2 toilets

I couldn't find a way to turn on bathroom towel rail and so the mirrors were always steamed up. I was expecting a city and river view. Only a river view and only from the upstairs. Was not able to open the blinds in tve bedroom without people on the street looking in. Too dark for me personally, even when all the lights were on. And so it was ambient. But i would not consider it as a work space.
