The apartment is located in a quiet part of the port, opposite the back of the marina restaurants. All shops and services are within walking distance. The stop for bus 28, which provides direct service to the city center, is 100 meters from the building. The apartment offers a direct view of the marina and includes an underground parking space.
Given the rental price, comfort during the winter months (especially with the east wind) could be significantly improved by allowing the high vents above the French doors to be closed. Unfortunately, these vents are faulty or partially broken, forcing us to turn the heating up considerably. Similarly, the bedroom heating needs to be checked (probably by bleeding the air) as it barely heats the room.
Although there are only two of us, the apartment can accommodate up to four people. There could be more kitchen utensils and a few dishes for the combination microwave/oven (only one glass dish is available). Adding salt to the dishwasher would prevent the glasses from coming out completely white.

Good and safe parking, easy to find, friendly check in experience. Lovely unit with nice big windows to see out. Lovely lounge and kitchen with a view of the marina. Everything you need in the kitchen to cook etc, good size fridge, lots of hanging spaces, excellent washer and dryer, comfy bed, good size wardrobe and plenty of shelving, dining table, great size living space. Would recommend for a short or long stay.
The taps in the toilet and bathroom sink need to be replaced. When you try to turn them on they don’t turn easy, and once you have achieved that, you try to turn them off before drying your hands, but they are very slippery and have no grip part to,be bow to turn them off easily. So we had to dry the tap handle first with a towel each time, just to turn it off! A real nuisance! The door at the front of the lounge area does not shut easily. Needs better pillows.

Very comfortable and spacious apartment. Even the extra beds are very comfy!
We came by car and could park in the garage downstairs which was connected by lift.

The appartment was amazing. It was finished to a very high standard, well furnished, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The staff could not have been more helpful and dealt immediately with any requests we had. The location is great with nearby tram and bus links to The Hague center and other areas.
