Friendly staff on check in and and for any other requests. Apartment nice and spacious for 5 adults. Well equipped kitchen. Free car parking was great

Lovely, spacious apartment in great location. Bus stop into The Hague across the road. Apartment is very comfortable and well-equipped.
The apartment was too hot! We stayed in a period of relatively warm weather and found the apartment extremely hot and hard to cool down.

Easy instructions.
The only challenge was to get access to the apartment via the garage. The garage gate didn't open but a local resident helped with an alternative.
The beds are as advertised: twins. But it would be a huge bonus to offer a king topper on the 2 singles (twins) to make it a king bed. The beds/mattresses kept moving apart...and it's not nice to have the divider in between the two beds.

The apartment was perfect for our stay as a base to explore the Netherlands. The kitchen was very well stocked with crockery and cooking accessories. The bed was really comfortable, and warm. Watching the sunset from the lounge each evening was beautiful. Loved all the lamps in the kitchen/lounge area. The apartment temperature was set perfectly. The quick easy walk to the bus travelling directly to Den Haag train connections made all our exploring drama free. Having Jumbo just across the marina was brilliant. Took us a couple of days to figure out entering and exiting on foot via the carpark was the best way to avoid the steps with heavy luggage.
Nothing comes to mind.
