Great location close to beach and restaurants, take aways etc. Also ideal for catching the bus or tram into Den Haag. Overall, a really clean, spacious and light room. Easy key collection and drop off.

Location was excellent. Good check-in, check-out information and a friendly, helpful host. Room was spacious and had all the amenities. Thank you for a great stay. There were a few minor maintenance issues and they were attended to immediately.

It was a horrible beginning to our trip to The Netherlands.

Getting into the building and the apartment inside the building was difficult. It was difficult to open the door leading into the apartment building. It was difficult to unlock the door of the apartment. It took a half hour. We called the host and it took her an hour to come to the apartment. The apartment was dirty. Marks on the walls. The sheets were dirty and the bed had urine stains on the mattress cover. The sheets were old and had pilling on the fabric and were of poor quality. The host was rude and not accommodating for our concerns. The room was advertised as having a clothes washer in the room. There was no washer and the washer down the hall did not work. The host suggested we take our laundry to a laundromat. The stairways leading up to the room was dangerous. The steps were small and it was difficult to take luggage while trying to climb the stairs without slipping.

Roomy and warm with a nice location close to the pier and tram

Nice location across from #9 tram stop and close to the pier. Plenty of heating panels for cold days. Better than average shower. Lots of space.

Look at supplying a couple of doses of detergent for the communal washing machine facility (next door) to save guests from having to go out and buy a whole pack of detergent for one or two washes.

Great place to stay

I like the room, the facilities. Everything for the room. The location is great. Easy to get the public transportation. Near the beach, cinema, supermarket, mall, etc. Well, at least for me, who is rarely walking, the distance is quite manageable.

Apparently, my room is on the 4th floor. It is difficult to take my items up and down. Never see any staff around, though when I sent messages, asking for help, they said they're willing to help, but they can only do it after my check-out time 😁 Also, the washing machine wasn't inside the room, and I couldn't find the microwave. About the price, I'm not sure if it's reasonable or not.

The location was excellent, within 5 minutes walk of the beach. The place is also perfect for larger groups, with multiple apartments in the same building. The special bicycle entrance at the side of the building was a nice touch.

A lovely bright spacious flat ideally situated near to the beach, shops, trams & buses

The Host was very friendly and helpful with arrangements and questions. It was easy to enter the building and apartment, and it is a good size with a nice small balcony too overlooking the road, lots of large windows and is very light. No problem with noise from the flats above, below or behind. LG TV with streaming channels all available with a very good size sofa facing it. Small table & chairs for eating too. Tram stop is literally a few metres away and goes straight into Den Haag and Centraal Station. A short walk to the wonderful long & sandy beach, pier, shops, restaurants and supermarkets. You are about midway on the beach to walk either to the Noord area & dunes or the other way towards the port. So many restaurants actually on the beach you will find it hard to decide which one to choose. We would happily use the apartment when we come again.

Access details were only sent later the day before arrival and on the morning itself. The kitchen facilities were fine though there are very few utensils to use with the pans. There is a rolling pin & a chopping board, for instance, but no bowls or other things to prepare meals. Microwave instructions would have been useful as it is not a basic built-in model. The keysafe outside the apartment door would not securely lock when you changed the numbers which meant it was permanently accessible so we took the keys with us when we went out. The double bed is 2 attached singles and the mattresses do sink in the middle. The duvet is not very wide, you only get 2 pillows and the bathroom towels are small. There is also no towel rail to hang them and no shelf in the shower. None of these things spoilt our holiday at all but considering these small details would enhance the apartment even more.

Apartment was dirty

Dirty - shower backed up - bathroom sink with no stopper so small bar of soap slipped in and got caught - condom wrapper under bed - dishwasher with food and garbage in it (later replaced) burned out lights (later replaced) - stain on chair. Some of these things reported at same apartment months ago!!! Washer and dryer not described as being outside the building. Zero instructions on how to operate them. No matter what we did the dryer never had hot heat - warning about the condenser kept coming up. The instruction book for the apartment gave no details on use instructions!

Great Location and Supportive Host

Location was fantastic, very near to the beach and right next to tram station. The view from apartment was nice.

The first apartment was lacking a dishwasher and mattress was too soft. Also, the Wifi was breaking intermittently. The owner was kind enough to upgrade our room.

the location was good enough for the price point. Any closer to the beach and you have to pay double or triple it seems. it's a good amount of apartment space when youre sick of tiny hotel rooms.

The front door key (key for check-in) can open ANY door/room in the building. I accidently opened someone else's room while searching for which room was ours. And the next day someone else did the same to us while we were sleeping!... I understand logistics for keys can be complicated when there are multiple rooms and everything is self check-in and when this feels more like an airbnb situation of some random locals trying to make extra money...but the documents in the room say its run by a short-term/long-term housing company. they should really fix this key situation/ security issue when im sure the housing company has the extra money to do something about it... The room was not prepared for us to come. Yes, we booked the night before, but it was a weekend and they should always be prepared for someone to come on weekends. The floor was quite dirty with sand. You dont see it, but our feet were dirty after walking barefoot around the room. Extra toilet paper needed to be brought the next day and there were no trash bags anywhere. The thing is, we had a nice stay and don't regret it, BUT when you pay ca.110 Euro per night, you absolutely will be annoyed by little things like these.

Op zolder verstopt in Scheveningen

De omgeving.

Alles werkelijk alles. Wij hadden een grote studio gehuurd van 20m en hoge plafonds en alles aanwezig. Maar, we kregen een mini zolder kamer waar je je kont niet eens kan keren. Kleine kamer, geen wasmachine, geen nooduitgang blijkt geblokkeerd te zijn en op slot en sleutel nergens aanwezig. Zeer gehorig, mensen die daar komen feesten, rokende mensen voor de deur dat je niet eens naar binnen kunt of durft. Eigenlijk wordt je gewoon belazetd zodra je hebt betaald, want ze kunnen de kamer of appartement gewoon nog veranderen en dan moet jij genoegen nenem met een zolderkamer ipv een grote studio met 2 personen, waar een lang iemand niet kan staan zonder je hoofd aan het plafond te stoten.. 20 dagen werden onverdraagzaam op een gegeven moment en niet uit te houden. Ze hebben bij ons klachten een andere ruimte aangeboden op de Keizertstraat,totaal andere omgeving en duister, want de ingang zit in een eng donker hoekje en binnen, wow binnen was het een akelig beeld. Witte muren die allemaal zwart zijn geworden, waar men met vingers tegen aan hebben gezeten. Slaapkamers zonder ramen, dus een berghok idee. En de vlekken en druipende smurrie op de muren hebben ons zo doen schrikken, dat we daar maar nee tegen gezegd hebben. Ik zou maar nadenken bij dezw verhuurders. Op het eerste gezicht ziet het er geweldig uit, maar wij hebben bijna 2000e betaald voor 20 dagen om op een zolderkamer te zitten, voor dat geld had je bij het Kurhaus kunnen zitten met een goed ontbijt inbegrepen. Dus nooit meer dat we hier nog teruggaan of iets via hen huren. 1x en nooit meer.

Самое приятное - соотношение цена и расположение квартиры. Очень удобная локация. Трамвай сразу во дворе, но при этом это не шумно и вообще не шумная улица. Это тихий район. Море в 5-10 минут пешком. Просто за соседним домом уже море. Магазины: рядом достаточно паркетов, кафешек. Альберт Хейнс пешком 5-7 минут. К центру на трамвае 9 ехать 11-14 минут максимум. Также удобно добираться в любую точку автобусами 22 и 23. Рядом доехав на автобусе классный мусульманский рынок. Что было очень важно для нас как мусульман. Цены низкие, продукты хорошего качества. КУХНЯ ❤️ отдельное место для комментария требует кухня. Достаточное количество посуды для жизни на 2 -3 персоны. Мы готовили каждый день. Это было восхитительно. Всё, как дома. Абсолютно все приборы есть в наличии. Даже чай и сахар, соль, которые мы не сразу обнаружили. На первый вечер у вас есть… Холодильник хорошего размера. Мы отдыхали две недели, за это время готовили всю еду как дома, абсолютно класные укомплектована кухня. Кровать огромная. Гладильная доска есть и утюг, фен 👍

Грязная вытяжка в душевой - это если делать замечания, ровняясь на украинский уровень сервиса. За две недели не меняли постельное белье. А также полотенца. Для уборки квартиры нет пылесоса или длинного веника и швабры с ведром. Менеджер (девушка) по телефону сказала, что они не меняют постельное и предложила купить уборки за 60 €, где будет включена замена полотенец и спального белья. По этому совету брать с собой своё постельное, если на срок более, чем 3 дня… Из приятного - менеджер говорил на русском и украинском, английском языках - взял на себя ответственность за сервис и приятно успокоил объяснив, что сервис Европы и Украины немного разный. И мы также понимаем, что цена была очень приятная, по этому есть нюансы. Менеджер был очень приятный и исправил ситуацию как мог ❤️ В дальнейшем мы бы ещё приезжали в эту же квартиру, но с надеждой, что будут учтены эти нюансы. Либо на 1-3 дня это идеальный вариант. Мы советуем этот объект в аренду. Даже несмотря на мелкие недоработки - команда очень сильная, ответственная и старается улучшать сервис 👍

Die Lage ist sehr gut für Gäste die in Richtung Strand gehen wollen. Was auch gut ist, ist dass die S-Bahn praktisch vor der Haustüre hält. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Leider ist die Unterkunft in die Tage gekommen. An vielen Stellen sieht man Abnutzungen, es fehlen Vorhänge und der Klodeckel wackelt und ist fasch montiert. Das Schlafsofa hat keine Matratze - ist also nur eine Klappcouch.

Zeer aangenaam verblijf in rustige studio op wandelafstand van al het vertier.

Centrale en toch rustige ligging, moderne en heel goed uitgeruste studio, goede hygiëne, op wandelafstand van het strand, winkels en ruime keuze aan horeca. Een aanrader!

Het zeer dure parkeerbeleid, maar dat ligt niet aan de host natuurlijk. Verder is er geen lift, dat kan voor sommige gasten lastig zijn.
