Excellent option for two people, more is tricky.

Great location, easy access by tram, and a lovely view from the room. The Nespresso-like machine and full kitchen are useful.

The bunk bed is located in a small room in the back of the apartment, so you literally don't have space to breathe if you plan to sleep there (or if you don't want to breathe into a moldy vent). There is usually hot water for one person at a time; you should wait to take a second shower. Make sure to bring your own nespresso pods.

It was ok, but basic wifi was not there

Location was good. Easy with public transport. Nice view.

No wifi in the facility. I had to ask several times but no one really cared. I had to additional money for 4 days as I had to work for some time during day. It costed me approx 200 EUR extra. It was agreed that I will get refund but did not hear anything after checkout.

Overall good.

Location was great to be by the beach and have access to the trams. It was clean and had a kitchen and washing machine so covered all needs for family traveling.

It was very small, and while it said one bedroom and there was a sliding door at the back portion, I wouldn’t consider this having a bedroom as it felt all connected like a studio (could hear everything everywhere). It also seemed expensive given parking wasn’t included.

How pettiness spoils the impression

I had a disappointing experience with the booking. Before getting keys I was requested to pay city tax invoice. The problem was that city tax is to be paid only for guests with age 13+. So my invoice was 50€ more than it should have been. When I raised this issue to the host, I was told that Booking.com is responsible for setting up the value which needs to be paid. According to the municipal rules hosts are obliged to pay city tax for their guests and they are responsible for this charge. The same answer I got from booking client support service. What was the worst: I was trying to negotiate with the host, asking for clarification. There was no answer and no keys. So you are already in place, you paid more than 1000€ for the apartment, but you do not get keys because you have concerns regarding wrong amount in the city tax invoice. What is the choice? Pay or stay outside. The feeling was quite humiliating. I have not gotten my overpaid money back, not sure I ever will. Another thing: they leave 2 bricks for dishwasher for 4 days…when you pay 1000€ for an apartment. This is pure pettiness. So instead of remembering gorgeous sea view and amazing sunset I remember only these details ….

Schöne Unterkunft man ist unmittelbar am Parkhaus, Strand oder einem Fußweg von ca 2 min. am Pier.

Lage war sehr gut mit schöner Aussicht auf das Meer. Ausstattung in Ordnung. Sehr sauber. Alles vorhanden was man benötigt.

Nachts war es sehr kalt bei starkem Wind und Sturm da dies durch die Eingangstüre bis ins Schlafzimmer zog, kein abgetrennten Raum. (Eingang Wohnzimmer sowie Essbereich mit Küche, Flur bis Schlafzimmer alles offene Räume) Das Sofa war feucht da die unmittelbar an der Eingangstüre steht.

Heel jammer van het mooie verblijf

De locatie. Rust maar overal dichtbij

Wij hebben tot op heden geen contact kunnen krijgen met de mensen van het huisje. Wij kwamen per toeval de 1ste dag de schoonmaakster tegen die ons heeft binnen gelaten. Met het idee dat we daarna nog wel geholpen zouden worden. Maar de digitale sleutel deed het niet, en niemand is bereikbaar..mail wordt niet op gereageerd en telefoon nemen ze niet op, ook niet na 7 oproepen...

Prachtig appartement

Prachtig appartement op een top locatie. Alles aan te lopen. Toch ligt het ver genoeg van de boulevard zodat je geen geluidsoverlast hebt.

Het was enorm warm binnen. Je kan niks open zetten bij de slaapkamers. De airco kreeg ik niet aan. Geen contact met de verhuurders kunnen krijgen hierover. Berichtjes die ik stuurde via booking werden totaal niet beantwoord.
