It was close to the city centre and it had every practical facility you need for a short trip.

The coach and chair had weird stains on them, as well as the cushions by the window. Other filth was founded trough out the property if you’re a clean freak don’t go there.

Lovely comfy stay central in The Hague

These Apartments are really centrally located. An easy walk from transport and so accessible to the centre is The Hague town. Loved the digital entry - so easy without having to worry about keys. Our Apartment was roomy and comfortable also. There is a lift in the building also.

Good to be aware that our Apartment had a super large bedroom and lovely ensuite downstairs but the stairs were narrow and steep. Not suitable for elderly. The downstairs space was open but be aware there was no door for privacy - we didn’t mind but it may not be appropriate for some people. Minimal general supplies also.

Nice and cozy

The studio is centrally located, in a very quiet area. It is very clean and spacious: a very large living room with an integrated kitchen area (refrigerator, stove, oven, kettle, cutlery, and crockery). I appreciated finding welcome coffee, salt, pepper, oil, dishwashing detergent . There is a separate bedroom, which also includes a bathroom area (shower, bathtub, double sink). Separately, in the hallway, there is a room with a toilet and a small sink. The balcony is spacious. The studio is equipped with everything one might need for a vacation and was warm. The building is also well insulated (the neighbors had a New Year’s party, but nothing could be heard inside). I would definitely recommend it.

The double bed made from two single beds created a crevice which we would fall into, so not the best night's sleep.

Would suggest you let people know in advance that it is a digital key for which they need wifi access. Coming from overseas we didn’t have roaming on so this through us initially. Perhaps provide the wifi password to the unit in advance to enable guests to connect to that to then access the digital key.

I would use these apartments again, clean an comfortable and very helpful.

We have stayed at this property a few times and find it central to everything, it is always clean and comfortable and has everything you need for your stay.

The only thing was there were wheels on the beds, would have been good if the wheels locked so the beds didn’t move, apart from that everything was excellent.

Horrible smell in entrance hallway to building, downstairs toilet badly laid out so space was very limited, sofa a bit uncomfortable.

Good location and contact, but not as nice as expected.

Very spacious property and good contact from the hosts. Location was great and kitchen and facilities had everything we needed.

Room was unfortunately dirtier than expected. Particularly the floor still had cat hair on it from the previous stay and the room also still smelled of the pet. Even though the property was fine for our use, it was not overly enjoyable staying here.

Hard pass on this one

We like the convenient location of the property and the contactless check in/check out.

1. The bedroom was too hot and there wasn’t a way to regulate, or be in control of the temperature. Also, where the clothes dryer is located, inside the bedroom, emits heat into the bedroom, which makes the sleeping area even hotter. 2. The windows only opened about an inch, thus, the air circulation was poor. 3. There were no bedside plug-in outlets at the bedside tables, and because we couldn’t charge our phones, so we couldn’t check our phones for itinerary updates, nor check the times. The closest outlet is at the sink, which is at least 3 metres from the bed. 4. Lack of window screens at the windows thus allowing insects and mosquitoes to encroach, I happened to have gotten stung 6 times by a mosquito.

The location was great

It would have been more helpful yo have a couch/sleeper in the lounge rather than a chair. I travelled with my 18 year old son so we don’t want to sleep in the same bedroom, even though there are 2 single beds.

Has potential but overall underwhelming

The location is quite central. The kitchen was fully equipped, the dishwasher and washer/dryer is also a big plus. The apartment was very spacious.

The cleanliness was not up to par. The balcony was very dirty, covered in bird poop (it was immediately cleaned after I mentioned it though but in a few days it was the same). The apartment was quite dusty and even though I was promised that it would be cleaned that never happened during my 8-day stay. The drain stop for the bathtub was not filly sealing which made the bathtub difficult to use. The bathtub is basically in the bedroom which is also quite inconvenient. The information on booking is also not updated as it still says that a deposit is required even though that is not the case anymore. Overall, I would say that the apartment is in need of some light renovation.

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. It had everything we needed, just like being at home. The place was very clean, quiet, and peaceful. Whenever we had a request, the hotel staff, especially Sita, took care of everything promptly. It was a fantastic experience, and if we ever need a place again, this will be our first choice without a doubt. One of the best features of this hotel is that it is pet-friendly. If you are looking for a pet-friendly place, this is an amazing spot where you can comfortably stay with your furry friends. If you're looking for home-like comfort, this is the place to choose!

Excellent location, great staff and wonderful stay.

Location was excellent! The amenities were great; we were unfamiliar with the over/microwave so a note in the welcome book would have helped. The property is great, and close to restaurants, stores and public transportation. We were able to add an extra day to our stay and really appreciate that the Staci staff were so accommodating and helpful. They also held our luggage while we ran some final errands on our day of departure.

The downstairs bathroom could have been designed a bit differently as there is no room for one's legs.

Family stay in The Hague

Apartment had everything you could possibly need. It was modern, clean and super comfortable. Location was fantastic, literally a few minutes away from the city centre but in a quiet zone just outside the hustle and bustle. Supermarket on the next corner. Really great place to stay in The Hague.

Great location just on the edge of centre. Very well equipped facility with everything you need from good wifi, comfortable bed, equipped kitchen, washing machine and dryer and luxurious bathroom.

There is no AC. It was 29.5 degrees Celcius in the apartment for 3 consecutive nights. It was also very loud during the night of Friday and Saturday due to people being loud on the street.

Cheating with check-in, regularly.

Good location

Cheating with the check-in. In Booking registration they provide check-in hours up to 20.00, in reality they leave the office at 18.00 or before. Then they claim that they have tried to call to ask about the arrival time, but there are no calls registered (and would be useless if in plane, anyway) and to inform about the shortened check-in. The same situation was also a year ago, then they said that they had just changed the working hours and did not manage to inform Booking.com. Liars! Besides, in the split level apartment the toilet is not on the same floor as the bedroom, but no information about this on the homepage.

Tiny issue that when I got the details just before my stay I saw that the check-in window was very limited, and the wording implied I wouldn’t be able to get access outside of this time. As I got this on a Sunday and couldn’t get a response until the next day I was a bit worried about this! in reality it was absolutely fine as I simply collected the key from a key safe, so perhaps the wording could be updated to make this clearer?

The bed was not a double bedroom but two single side to side. When we moved the beds separate from each other. There was a persistent smell of Indian food in the apartment.

The apartment was quite large and located very close to restaurants, supermarkets, shops, tram stations, etc. The beds were very comfortable and we had enough towels, the shower and toilet themselves seemed to work without problems. The kitchen was big and well equipped, we mainly used the microwave, plates and cutlery, kettle and coffee machine. We never used the TV.

The cleanliness of the rooms was a little disappointing, not terrible, but not satisfying either. All in all the place seems to have been used often without any renovations. Every time someone used the bathroom, flushed the toilet, used the sink, or showered, there was a loud water pump ( we are not sure what it was) which distributed a "sewerage smell" in one of the bedrooms, the smell came through the wall. The smalls stairs were a little uncomfortable and might not be suited for everybody.

Great place for a couple.

Beautiful apartment. Nice and relaxing Christmas spent there and deposit paid back no problem. Took care of our bags after check out so we could wander around the city before we travelled to the airport. I hope to return soon, thanks for a wonderful stay.

The check in location is about a 15 minute walk from where the actual apartment is. If you are staying and travelling by train to get off at Den Haag centraal, we ran out of toilet roll also, so it would be nice to be a bit more generous with the toilet roll.
