Haya Historic - Shiraz

Very helpful and responsive staff. Great location. Nice flat. The key system is not obvious as you have to fill out a form online to recieve some code to use on your phone. As I had not made the effort to familiarize myself with the system beforehand, and it was raining in the street and I had to run into a nearby restaurant to fill out all the necessary forms, and take a photo of my passport to send with the form, it all felt a little too complicated. But it works fine once you are in.

There was an issue with the sofabed, as there were four of us in the family, and there was no linen or anything to make up the bed. With the help from some great people over the phone we managed to sort everything out from a nearby property. There was also some issues with the cleaners, as they had left a cloth on the sofa and some other stuff came out of the sofa bed, but the excellent staff or hosts were very friendly and ended up giving us a discount. So overall we were happy with the stay.

Pekné, moderné, výborná lokalita priamo v centre

Všetko bolo špinavé, postele boli pekne nachystané no podlaha, záchod, umývadlá boli strašne špinavé, neumývalo sa tam.
