Haya Historic - Pinot Noir

Està molt ben situat, té un pati guai, m'agrada que estigui separat el lavabo de la dutxa. També ens ha agradat la manera de fer El check-in i les claus.

Que l'aixeta del wc no funcionava i havies d'anar a la dutxa per rentar-te les mans. No havien estovalles ni gaire estris de cuina.

Overall, this was a good place to stay. The apartment itself was cozy, located in a very central area, and suited our family of two adults and three teenagers well for our two-night stay. We felt very safe during our stay, especially since the entrance area is well-secured with a security camera facing the key boxes. We would absolutely consider staying here again in the future, but preferably during a cooler period of the year."

While we enjoyed the apartment, there were a few practical challenges. Upon arrival, we had to navigate multiple code lock boxes. The written information provided via email was poor, and it took us about 45 minutes to successfully get inside. Fortunately, we were able to call the management company, and their phone assistance helped us resolve it. Additionally, the cozy outdoor patio was unfortunately quite dirty and could have used a power wash. Since we stayed during warm weather—and were visiting for a funeral—the lack of ventilation became an issue for a family of five. The bedroom had no airflow, and the high skylight window lacked blinds, causing us to wake up very early with the sunrise. We had to sleep with the balcony door wide open to get air, which luckily felt safe since it faced a quiet backyard."

De locatie was perfect en een fijne keuken en badkamer. Verder leuk ingericht.

De lichtkoepel in de slaapkamer was echt niet fijn. Iedereen werd om half 6 wakker door het licht. Ook konden daar geen ramen open dus er was schimmel en het was heel heet.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war wirklich schnell und unkompliziert. Ich hatte keine Probleme, meine Fragen zuklären. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist ebenfalls ein großer Pluspunkt– alles ist fußläufig erreichbar,was sehr praktisch ist. Zudem ist die Einrichtung der Wohnungwirklich schön undgeschmackvoll gestaltet, was zu einer angenehmen Atmosphäre beiträgt.

Allerdings gab es auch einige Punkte, die verbessert werden sollten. Die Grundreinigung der Unterkunft ließ zu wünschen übrig, was den Gesamteindruck etwas trübt. Zudem war die Beleuchtung in einigen Bereichen nicht ausreichend, was die Nutzung der Räume erschwerte.Ein weiterer wichtiger Punkt ist das Bett, das ich als gefährlich empfand – hier sollte unbedingt etwas unternommen werden.Auch das Waschbecken in der Toilette ist viel zu klein und dadurch nicht wirklich funktionsfähig, was sehr unpraktisch ist. Über dem Bett könnte eine Art von Schimmel sein.
