Sehr zentrale Lage, Mitten im Stadtzentrum. Schöne Küche mit den notwendigen Dingen.
Im Schlafzimmer gab es kein Fenster, welches geöffnet werden konnte. Damit war es im Appartement etwas stickig. In der Dusche ist das Wasser schlecht abgelaufen. Die Handtücher waren zwar gewaschen, hatten aber einen seltsamen alten Geruch.

Excelente localização; centro da cidade em "chinatown", próximo de tudo a caminhar. Estação de comboios, supermercados, lojas, transportes Apartamento muito simpático com boas camas, óptima sala e cozinha, super bem equipado. Pequeno pátio muito agradável. Tudo tal e qual como as fotografias.
O único senão é a clarabóia na zona dos quartos que faz com que a luz natural invada o espaço e "roube" o sono.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war wirklich schnell und unkompliziert. Ich hatte keine Probleme, meine Fragen zuklären. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist ebenfalls ein großer Pluspunkt– alles ist fußläufig erreichbar,was sehr praktisch ist. Zudem ist die Einrichtung der Wohnungwirklich schön undgeschmackvoll gestaltet, was zu einer angenehmen Atmosphäre beiträgt.
Allerdings gab es auch einige Punkte, die verbessert werden sollten. Die Grundreinigung der Unterkunft ließ zu wünschen übrig, was den Gesamteindruck etwas trübt. Zudem war die Beleuchtung in einigen Bereichen nicht ausreichend, was die Nutzung der Räume erschwerte.Ein weiterer wichtiger Punkt ist das Bett, das ich als gefährlich empfand – hier sollte unbedingt etwas unternommen werden.Auch das Waschbecken in der Toilette ist viel zu klein und dadurch nicht wirklich funktionsfähig, was sehr unpraktisch ist. Über dem Bett könnte eine Art von Schimmel sein.
