Excellent location for a couples city break

Stayci allowed us to drop our luggage at 10am and collect it later which was super helpful. Flat was also helpfully ready before the advertised time of 3pm. The location was absolutely spot on, within walking range of all city attractions, shops and a multitude of restaurants and cafes. You really felt in the middle of everything, but were never disturbed by noise. Flat was perfect for a couple and we would definitely stay here again.

Emails sent with digital keys to get into the block and the flat. The 'key' is kept on your mobile for use. Does mean you have to take phone with you every time you leave the flat, and we were slightly concerned about what would happen in a power cut. Would prefer a real key! The shower is in the living area, within a glass screen. Not much privacy, and it made the whole room very steamy. A good fan is needed in the shower area.

Underwhelming and not suited for more the 2 people

The location is great!

The room has only two beds, and the sofa is uncomfortable. Not all the bed linens were clean, and the room doesn’t look like it does in the photos. It’s way to expensive.

Beautiful apartment, but small issues and no elevator made the stay less pleasant.

The apartment itself is very nice — spacious and beautifully designed. The kitchen had everything needed, and the bathroom was very pleasant.

For the price and type of apartment, it’s not acceptable that the toilet seat was loose. In addition, one of the blinds had a broken cord, the TV didn’t receive any channels, and there were two remotes with no instructions on how to use them. The same goes for the heating — there were no clear directions. The hardest part was finding out that the property has no elevator, and climbing up to the fourth floor is really exhausting. Overall, the experience was good, but these details leave a bad taste. I wouldn’t rent this apartment again.

The shower spills water onto the floor. We had to shower extra carefully and in a specific position to avoid this.

Beautiful apartment in a charming area.

Excellent location, great shops, bars and restaurants right outside the door. Easy walk to Grote market, 2 minutes to tram/bus stop. Spacious clean apartment & well supplied. Really enjoyed our stay here!

The apartment was very clean and spacious and was in a wonderful street with lots of bars, cafes, restaurants and shops. It was very quiet each night though so our sleep was never interrupted. Everything we did in The Hague was accessible on foot so the location was good. The hosts were very helpful and friendly as well. We absolutely recommend this apartment.

Great location, spacious, modernised apartment, kitted out so you don't miss anything.

The apartment is spacious, light and airy. There was an iron and ironing board, I was on business so important. Shower gel, coffee, tea - nothing was missing. This goes a long way.

A personal preference but the mattresses are super (too) soft. The apartment was on the 3rd floor of a narrow and steep staircase. A little treacherous with a 23kg suitcase. Minor things, otherwise great.

Damn near perfect.

Apartment was spacious and well decorated, exaclty what was required for the 3 of us. Lovely location near to plenty of shops, bars, restaurants and connections.

Only 4 coffee pods for the coffee machine. Be careful of the shower as the window isn't quite wide enough and it'll end up on the floor.

Traditional and modern, very well situated

Excellent combination of traditional and modern, very well situated. It was very convenient to get in the studio and we found everything we needed. I will definitely recommend the studio!

Very good

The apartment is spacious and nicely decorated, with everything you need for a short stay. The location of the apartment is fantastic, a couple of minutes walk from the palace in a lovely street full of nice bookshops, cafes and restaurants. Although we never met anyone from the company that rents this apartment (check in was electronic, as are the keys), they were available on the phone if needed.

There were quite a few things that were broken or didn't work well in the apartment, and we had the theory that people didn't report them for fear of losing the 100 euro security deposit. For example, the sofa bed in the living room doesn't fit together properly (the sofa is large and a child can sleep on it easily enough, but one section of the bed is loose when you open it out), and the shower--although it looks very fancy--does not drain well, and easily overflows. The positive side of this is it forces you to have very eco-friendly short showers! The safe in the wardrobe also didn't work. When we were there it was very hot and there is no air conditioning so inside the flat was around 27-28 celsius, but there are electric fans which help a bit. We also found the electronic key system a bit weird (having no physical keys to lock the apartment made us feel a bit insecure, but probably many people wouldn't mind this), and the online check in was a bit confusing as it gives address and directions to the company office rather than the accommodation (this was resolved with a short phone call though!). You have to climb a couple of flights of narrow stairs to get in to the apartment, so I wouldn't book this place if you have mobility issues or plan on bringing massive suitcases, but for us this was part of the Dutch house experience! I don't mean to give an overly negative review, this is a very nice apartment in a superb location.

Beautiful little place with a proper fridge and stovetop which is rare these days, so for me scores VERY high. Very clean and comfortable.

Oh, those Dutch stairs! There’s no elevator or proper Air conditioner, which is difficult if you have heavy luggage or staying during the summer months.

Location was great - close to restaurants, super markets, and public transportation. The staff was wonderful - very responsive and very helpful.

our apartment (number 1) had a strange and bad smell in the bedroom (like sewer and mold). We bought an air freshener during our stay. I would recommend having two fans since we had a child sleeping on the sleeper sofa and it was very hot in the apartment.

Um 3:30 nachts - Feueralarm ! Someone in the apartment above set out the fire alarm. Very inconvenient. advise to all tenants needs to be assertive in regard of cooking! Poor fire brigade who had to come out for nothing at 3:30 am.

Everything I had hoped for.

Whilst collecting the keys was fairly easy if you arrived at the Central station, the reception desk was a considerable walk from the apartment. Don't expect to be staying in the Royal Palace - which is clearly shown in the booking process - the apartment is next door to shops in a typical Den Haag street. You are five minutes walk from the trams and fifteen from the Centraal railway station. There isn't a toaster and you only get enough tea and coffee for maybe two days. There's a Spar very nearby. If you have mobility issues, you will find the stairs to the apartment very difficult indeed. However, it's a nice apartment in a nice part of town and it pretty much is what it says it is.

More tea and coffee and a toaster would make thing much easier

We had an amazing time in the apartment, it is equipped with everything we needed. We felt like living in The Hague.

We really like the property, the only thing was that the bed was not as comfortable as expected and we ended with back pain, but aside everything else was great!

Fully immerse yourself in The Hague - BEAUTIFUL.

This is a central location beautiful street it is a hidden gem, there are steep Dutch stairs (part of the charm) but the apartment is huge and airy, just gorgeous.

Superb

Location perfect, high ceilings, spacious rooms. Friendly exchange and check-in. Typical dutch apartment with narrow entrance and ridiculously steep stairs. Due to extreme heat and no airconditioning, we were delivered popsicles in our freezer.

See positive points. Have to take kids' buggy upstairs because otherwise the whole entrance is blocked. But again, thats just a typical dutch apartment. No airconditioning (as none is needed normally in the Netherlands).
