This is a lovely flat in an excellent location.

The property is situated in an excellent location. It is clean and comfortable. It is close to tourist attractions and restaurants. I would stay at the flat again.

It was necessary to always have enough charge on my phone to enter the property. Key cards for each person staying would have been beneficial.

It s not that we didn’t like it, but the stairs are like all Dutch stairs, very narrow and it s hard to carry the luggage that high.

Perfect location in walking distance from center

Super easy check-in – all the details for opening the door were sent an hour in advance. Excellent location, surrounded by top restaurants and situated in the embassy district.

Unfortunately, it was a bit noisy due to heavy street traffic.

This was the second time booking with them and it was great. The apartments are new , clean and in a good position to visit the city centre by walk. The staff always ready to help.

Superb

The apartment is cosy and rather close to centre (10-12 minute walk in a nice area). As well, it is rather close to the central station (10-15 minute walk as well) and to 2 tram stops. It is well equipped and it was big enough for the 3 of us.

We had some difficulties finding the entrance door to the building when we arrived (google maps brought us in front of a neighbouring building - look for the A in the number of the street), but the support from the staff was prompt and everything went smoothly afterwards. We did not like climbing the stairs (to the apartment and inside the apartment) with our luggage.

Exceptional

I did not stay at Denneweg but at another property at Noordeinde street. The appartment was beautiful, with kitchen, living room, dining room and even terrace on the ground floor, and two bedrooms and bathroom on the upper floor. Really nice, fully furnished. Quite large so you have enough privacy. The location is superb. In a very nice area full of bars and restaurants. Still quite central and even not too far from the beach (by public transport of course).

My only complaint would be the beds. It is not that they are not comfortable, but if you are staying with a partner and you want to sleep together it’s very diificult as the beds slide on the floor and move quite easily.

Very good

The apartment was beautifully furnished, clean, comfortable, and well situated. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

The only real negative thing about the apartment itself is that there is no toilet upstairs where the main bedroom is located, and this may be an issue for some people who tend to wake up a lot during the night. We wished there would have been more supplies provided. For example, there were no tissue boxes or paper towels. There were only a few coffee pods, teabags, washing machine and dishwasher detergent pods provided - not enough for three people staying 4 nights. Also, there was no soap in the bathroom.

Teleurstellend

Koffiekopjes van de vorige huurders waren vies in het kastje teruggeplaatst en er was geen afwasmiddel of vaatwastabletten om de vieze vaat te doen, keukenkastjes gingen niet goed dicht, de klink van de badkamer zit los en valt er bij gebruik af, geen instructie bij de tv en de afstandsbediening werkte niet, de bedden waren oud en schuiven snel uit elkaar, schimmel in de douche en op het dakraam. We hebben de verhuurder hierover een bericht gestuurd maar helaas nooit een reactie mogen ontvangen.

Teurer Alptraum

Schön geräumig

Das appartement war sehr verwohnt, Schimmel im Badezimmer, alle armaturen verkalkt, es roch sehr stark nach Urin im Naßbereich. Einiges an den Türen war nicht intakt, Badezimmer ließ sich nicht abschließen. Die Couch war schon sehr abgenutzt. Alles in allem das Appartement ist das Geld nicht wert, Gott sei dank, war es nur für eine Woche.

Erholsames Wochenende in schöner Unterkunft

Wunderbare, toll eingerichtete Unterkunft, sehr gut ausgestattet, super zentrale Lage, mit Parkplatz, wenn man möchte. Gute Atmosphäre und -ganz wichtig- mit sehr bequemen guten Betten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Einzig der Verkehr vor der Tür ist ein wenig störend.

Zentrale, geräumige Stadtwohnung mit allen Vor- und Nachteilen.

Nah an ÖPNV und Innenstadt, große und helle Wohnung. Parkplatz konnte zugebucht werden.

Relativ laut, da direkt an großer Straße und Feiermeile, steile Treppen und keine Aussenjalousien so dass es sich sehr aufheizen kann. Der nächste Supermarkt ist gut 15 Minuten Fußmarsch weg. Kein TV in den Schlafzimmern.

全てスマホで対応、狭い階段を荷物の上げ下ろしにこまった。風呂場の清掃ができておらず、髪の毛で水が流れない状況だった、メールで報告したが業者に連絡すると言う返事だった。自分達で清掃した。

Die Lage war super, es war auch genug Platz für alle und die Küche auch voll ausgestattet. Man konnte in ca. 20 Minuten in die Innenstadt laufen, mach Scheveningen war es auch nicht weit Es gab viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bars/Cafés etc. In der Nähe

Die Lage ist an einer viel befahrenen Straße, was für manche eventuell nachts unangenehm sein kann (ich selbst hatte kein Problem damit) Wir hatten einen Parkplatz gebucht, den Schlüssel musste man dafür aber erst aus dem Apartment holen und bei der Abreise natürlich auch wieder hin bringen. Für beides muss man Glück mit einem Parkplatz an der Straße haben. Eventuell kann man das auch anders lösen. War aber auch nicht sooo schlimm

Top locatie, goede service.

Heel fijn hoe je het huisje in kan komen, veel beter dan sleutels of pasjes delen. De locatie was heel prettig!

Schoonmaakster was nog bezig toen wij kwamen. De host heeft het wel uitstekend opgepakt. De straat is lawaaierig (bussen, auto, dronken fietsers)

Schöner Aufenthalt nach anfänglicher Verunsicherung

Die Lage, die Größe der Wohnung, bequeme Betten, Aussicht aus den Fenstern, Ruhe in den ersten zwei Tagen

-Die Kommunikation: Bei der Aufforderung zur Zahlung der „Kurtaxe“ fehlte der Link. In der 2. E-Mail funktionierte der Link nicht. Meine Überweisung kam wegen des Wochenendes nicht zeitnah an. Der gewünschte und angebotene Parkplatz wurde nicht reserviert. Das alles hat mich stark verunsichert. Der Link kam nach meiner Überweisung im Spam-Ordner an. Wunsch/Tipp: Hinweis:“Wir senden Ihnen innerhalb der nächsten Stunde den nötigen Link in einer gesonderten E-Mail. Bitte überprüfen Sie auch Ihren Spam-Ordner.“ -Der Krach durch die Menschen in der anderen Wohnung.

De toegang is met een code op je telefoon. Gaat echt super. Ook heeft iedereen dan eigen toegang wat heel fijn is.

Wir würden schon wegen der super zentralen Lage wieder buchen

Super zentral gelegen , mit buchbarem Parklatz 3 min von der Unterkunft. Gut aufgeteilt, bequeme Betten

Da es so zentral ist , hört man den Verkehr und die Besucher des Denneweg. Hat uns nicht gestört, trotzdem sehr gut geschlafen

Abgesehen von den hohen Temperaturen in der Wohnung hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt.

Sehr zentral, schönes Viertel, vieles fußläufig zu erreichen.

Sehr befahrene laute Straße, so dass man nur bei geschlossenen Fenstern schlafen konnte. In den Sommernächten nicht zu empfehlen. Sehr wenig Geschirr für nur 3 Personen
