Location was great

We didnt get the apartment we paid for. No commuication about changing our apartment. Then when we got there, there was already faults. Broken extractor fan unit not flush with cupboards, broken radiator cover as we walked in. Living room main light not working properly. No hot water and the cold tap on the bath didnt work either. Mirror in bathroom too the light casing hanging off either side and to top it off the place wasnt cleaned properly. Someone elses hair in bath and on floor under the radiator. Also said for the apartment we picked was free parking but wasnt had to pay for parking on a meter. When you pay for something you expect to get what you paid for. We certainly didnt. Wont be booking with these again. As when we did text with faults no reply what so ever.
