Perfect for a night before a cruise

Really well placed near cruise port. Places to eat close by. Large windows onto quiet street. Great main living space of apartment. Bedrooms good size with plenty of wardrobe space. One en-suite bathroom. One with toilet and wash basin.

Very difficult to find. Just a white door with number on right next door to a convenience store (which is handy). Walked passed it twice! Once inside a very steep winding staircase, difficult with large suitcases. Having said that once inside brilliant.

If you want a good location for the cruise terminal then this is a great place to stay.not suitable for over 60’s

Stairway very steep with sharp curves. Carpet and walls in hallway and stairs were worn and dirty.

Fine for one night, central location

Very central location, lots of bars and restaurants nearby 2 bedrooms which work well with 2 teenage children

Oven took forever to heat up Main bedroom was a sofa bed, really uncomfy Not enough seats for everyone Staircase challenging with suitcases Light connected to living room and bedroom so when you switch one on the other one comes on too.

Exceeded my expectations and perfect for one night stay before my daughter’s graduation

. I stayed in flat 60a the middle floor flat. Light and airy, cool in spite of heatwave. High ceilings. Parking metered spaces opposite , free 8pm-8am and long stay car park up to 1-2 days in next street Orchard Place. One half of Oxford St is residential and the other half bars/restaurants so easy to access evening meal out. Quiet at night.

Would benefit from small dining room table and new photo to show microwave in kitchen and 2 extra lounge chairs. Current photo just shows 2 seater sofa. Maybe list what is provided in kitchen on website so we know what to bring- as no tea towel/oven glove. But bed linen towels guest toiletries washing ip liquid j cloth washing up sponge tea/coffee/sugar included and integrated fridge which is not obvious from just looking at the photo and info given.

Needs some investment in facilities

Location great, near a strip of restaurants and 10 mins walk from town. There is no left luggage facility, and the staff arranged for us to be able to leave our bags in one of the restaurants for a couple of hours after check out which was really nice of them. The apartment is clean and no traffic noise.

Blind is broken in 2nd bedroom, so unable to block light or privacy. Double bed in main bedroom small and uncomfortable niether of us got much sleep due to any moving disturbing the other. Living room doesn't have enough seating for the 4 of us to sit together, if it sleeps 4 it should also seat 4. Living room smells strongly of past occupants' food needed air freshening. No washing machine. Both bathrooms have light sensors with noisy fans, so you can't go in there without putting light on. Overall, for the cost, we found the quality of the apartment not up to standards. Our advice is that some money should be spent on upgrading furniture and blinds.

Received email/whatsapp with main door code & then key box for apartment very easy. Very clean apartment comfortable beds & pillows. Nice touch providing tea, coffee & sugar. We will be returning amazing apartment, great location.

Only fault was there weren't enough chairs in the lounge one sofa only, an additional armchair would be marvellous. Suggestion leave out taxi telephone number for future guests.

Perfect Pit Stop

Locationn was great for where we needed to go. It was actually very comfortable even though it was basic but it was fine for what we wanted. And good size towels which is rare!

Great for a one night stay in Southampton

Good location, clean, easy to park

2 ensuite rooms, but only sofa seating for 2 in living area. Duvets and pillows were a bit too thin, and so we were cold.

Clean, comfortable, basic but adequate for a one night stay.

Apartment was easy to locate and access, and convenient for Ferry Terminal. Able to park outside with reasonably priced on street parking. Clean, comfortable beds, very good shower. Problem with heating sorted out by owner /agency within half an hour. Take away food (and eat in food) available locally.

The furnishings and kitchen equipment were basic. Only a sofa for two and no extra easy chairs and only a coffee table, no dining table or dining chairs. A tea towel and dishcloth would have been useful. The light switch controlling the sitting room also controlled the light in the twin bedroom which was a nuisance. I’m a non smoker and found the smell of cigarette smoke left by previous occupants very unpleasant despite efforts to freshen the air with reed diffuser and there was no way to open windows to get fresh air in. A handrail on the steep stairs would also be helpful for some. The 5* rating was included automatically and does not reflect our comments. I was not able to change it. I would have rated it a 3.

Location is great … and staff were very helpful. Beds are very comfortable and a lovely hot shower. Tv had Netflix which was a bonus too

We walked the Camino and to finish at the apartment was a treat!

A few things that would have helped: 1. A shower gel / Hair shampoo in bathroom. 2. A pint of milk in the fridge would be a huge help. The access to Netflix was a good touch The shower was amazing The apartment was super clean The instructions were clear and easy to follow We had a great time thank you!

Nice place if it was not like staying in a Furness

The top apartments amazing. Spacious accommodating and overall lovely. However the first apartment on the first floor wax like an oven with the temperature set at 25 c with no way to turn it down. Ended up having to open all windows to keep cool. Also the fridge must be there for decoration as it chills nothing.
