We had to be near to the hospital as a family member was there. There were lots of issues with the property, which did n
It was in a good location close to the hospital which we needed. It had all cooking equipment that could be needed and a large fridge. The internet worked well
Problems: - Car park not secure even though code was given to supposedly open the gates. Gate was open 24 hours a day - Main door into apartment block was also permanently unlocked despite also being given a code to get in, we were on a ground floor apartments so this definitely make us feel less secure - TV had no signal whatsoever to watch channels even though listed as having TV - Lack of attention to cleanliness including hairs in the toilet and old toothpaste/dust/hair by the sink. - Blind in master bedroom was broken and was permanently down, so couldn’t be raised during the day - What we imagined should be recycling bins in the cupboard all broken and just left inside so could only use the general waste - Lamp in the master bedroom having no lead at all so couldn’t be used and just left on the bedside table - 1 thin bed pillow on the each side of bed and a gap between the headboard and mattress so pillow easily falls behind - a dinner plate still having grease on it from a previous use.
