The house was great for our needs. We were a family of 4 adults, a teenager and 2 smaller children. Parking on site was great.

Our stay was in August. We did find the house a little warm at times but a couple of fans were provided which did help.

What a brilliant home. We sadly were visiting Southampton for a family funeral, but we could not have been better looked after by both Annie and the beautiful property. It was incredibly clean and tidy, beautifully furnished, and gave us the space we needed to relax. The conservatory was a bonus, and the space outside in the hot weather. The kitchen was well equipped, the bedrooms clean and mattresses were great. En suite in the master bedroom was lovely, and great to have a couple of extra bathrooms too. It was great to have off-street parking, and we were given a parking permit for our second car which was really helpful too. Thank you so much for a lovely stay - it was everything we needed.

If you are looking for convenience to Southampton and don’t envisage using the garden this house is very nice and conven

The house was welcoming with good size rooms. It had a big modern kitchen with an eating area which was useful. The bedrooms were comfortable with a lovely walk in shower. It was very close to Southampton Common which was a superb park to explore. There is an excellent park for children and lots of space for dogs to walk.

The garden needed some attention and was not nice enough to sit out in. This was disappointing as during our stay the sun was shining and it was very hot. This did make us feel that we had to stay indoors when we were at the house. We constantly used the fans provided. The conservatory whilst a nice addition needed cleaning especially in the ceiling, windows and outside area. This has been marketed as a ‘luxury house’ and whilst it is lovely inside, the high cost of staying does lead one to expect high standards throughout.

Really easy to book. Speedy response from the host. House was exactly as described which is good. Nice touch in that a bottle of wine, crisps and biscuits were left. Highly recommended!

Fantastic stay in a fantastic property! We didn't want to leave.

My mum and I stayed at this property for a month and I can't recommend it highly enough. It felt like a second home from the moment we stepped through the door. Everything about it was absolutely wonderful, from the huge, beautiful kitchen to the incredibly comfortable furnishings and the excellent location. The house was exactly as shown in pictures and very, very clean. The hosts were lovely and very accommodating and communication with them was very easy. All in all, it was an exceptionally good stay and I wish I could go back!

Immaculate property, very clean very nice decor, super friendly and really helpful hosts, perfect location for the city and depending on which Marina you are using really close to several, we stayed for 5 nights and it was perfect, would definitely stay again and most probably will do because of the marina's

Loved the kitchen, garden, sun room, loving room and master bedroom. Everything was very nicely appointed, furnished, and clean.

the extra two bedrooms are a touch on the small side, but three bathrooms (2.5) is great for a big group like ours.

We enjoyed our stay very much.

Very suitable for staying with my dog with an enclosed garden, a cosy conservatory; and it is only a short walk to parks. The kitchen is modern, bright and spacious. The location is excellent - within walking distance to shops, restaurants and city centre.
