We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this location as it was closely situated to shops and to where we needed to go . The property was spacious and clean and was a joy to stay here. Our host was very helpful for any questions we had. Would highly recommend.

Very spacious. Lovely garden. We love the location as it's easy to get good Chinese food near university of Southampton. The best bit is there are many adults / kids board games! Our 4 years old girl enjoyed staying there, she never gets bored.
Everything is great, yet bathroom downstairs is a bit too small for bathing a child but it's still manageable. Bathroom upstairs is spacious but we let grandparents use it.

The Kitchen was nice
There was a dirty wash sponge, a empty beer can in the garden, beds uncomfortable and lastly shower water would just collect at the bottom of the shower tray like a bath tub
