Luxury and spacious 3 bedroom home in Southampton

Very big and comfortable. Near to the bus stop.

Next door neighbour was a little bit noisy

Very clean and spacious! Its a beautiful house with a maccies right over the road.

The steep stairs up to the house, its honestly the only down side to the property. Be careful when getting the key as it is directly over the drain

Location is superb. On the outskirts of the city of Southampton, there were spoilt choice of shops and places to eat locally, never leaving us hungry. Buses every 5 minutes to the city centre, with countless things to do, yet never letting you feel lost. Plenty of travelling connections, including the Red Jet ferry to the Isle of Wight. Southampton has breathtaking viewpoints and an actual blue sea. Taxis were available everywhere, one even took us around Southampton as a city tour. Inside the property itself, we were invited by a modern open plan. Slick and well organised, it was alluring to settle in. It felt like home on day one. Many items were provided which we did not expect, blenders, more than 3 cooking utilities and even a washing machine. Of course there were many more than this. The building was 100% convenient for a family of four, featuring 2 bathrooms with easy to use showers. Dedicated smoking area in a large garden, or one that felt spacious. From the gardens, we could see flights landing and leaving in the local airport, in which, surprisingly was relatively silent. Beds were perfect, pulling us to sleep in seconds from pillow contact. All TV's, including one in each bedroom, were very familiar with all our modern day platforms such as YouTube. For the price, I cannot compare anything of its spectacle during the summer time. The experience gave us a memory for life.

One only thing I could think of disliking is that the house was attached to others. It is an unavoidable consequence but the neighbors were usually up at night. Not something I would bother complaining about or stop us from coming back.

It was spacious and felt like a home.

Nothing that we didn't like but it would be improved with the following: Front bedroom would benefit from blinds or bigger/thicker curtains. There was a small and large towel per person on the beds, but a separate hand towel in each bathroom would have been good. The lockbox for the key is over a grid/drain and there is only 1 key and the risk of being charged £50 to replace it, so this seems unnecessarily risky. Nice filter coffee machine was there, but there weren't any filters etc so would be annoying to buy these just for a couple of uses.
