The apartment was equipped as described. Directions were clear and accurate. Everything was clean.
Our host was extremely responsive and very kind in fixing an issue we had on the first day.
The coffee maker on premises required pods, which we were unable to find at any local store. Luckily there was also instant coffee as an alternative.
Check out time at 10am felt a little rushed.

The bed is very comfortable, the kitchen had lots of cooking equipment and it was warm. I enjoyed a walk in Southampton Common which is very close.
A small thing, when I took a shower, the water splashed on the floor so I used the bathmat to dry it.

We went to visit our son. He is a student in University of Southampton. The location of the house is perfect. Close to the university and close to the place our son live. It was a cute, 2 floor house, with full of all kind of needs. Very clean and tidy. Jade was very helpful. She solves the problems quickly. For my next visit, I will definitely book this house again. Thanks a lot.

Muy mal contacto con la persona encargada. Enviamos mensaje inmediatamente pero aún esperamos respuesta. Faltaban cosas en la casa o alguna cosa estaba rota. Mucho ruido de los vecinos. Alojamiento poco aislado del frío y con salta de luz.
