Very easy to check in, very close to the centre of Southampton and West Quay, opposite a bus stop, corner shop below. had an issue with the door lock was fixed very quickly by the owner. It had everything we needed. Good wifi and tv

Wasn't super clean on arrival! Was not advised when cleaner was coming but we worked out what day so to stay out of their way. It is on a very busy main route out of Southampton and the windows or curtains don't help reduce that at all, if you are a light sleeper, you would not sleep. Also, you are above a corner shop which had deliveries day and night and were also very noisy. There was a fire in a below flat and no one advised us what to do, or when it was all clear, it was a bit scary and no one checked on us. no instructions for the washer/dryer! Also no idea where the bins were, but the cleaner did clear that once a week!

Modern and clean

The apartment is huge, well located and well equipped. In general it felt very comfortable.

The parking space wasn’t free when I threw to park the car and the owner didn’t reply until the next day about it. The WiFi wasn’t there. I mentioned it to the owner twice and had no answer.
