We loved it. Location, cleanliness and how spacious it is. Finn was super nice and helpful. It was my first visit to this lovely city and his help and kindness helped us alot

Everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Very close to the Harbour and a few restaurants/bars in Oxford Street. Easy taxi from station , although it was walkable. Kitchen very well equipped with everything we needed. Good shower. Nice bed linens and duvets.

Nothing really. 3 flights of stairs and no lift is something you have to be aware, I guess.

Worth the money

Very lovely and well kept apartment. Neighbours were lovely and the location was accessible; the team were also very helpful and were quick with responses. Thank you very much and I’ll sure be staying there next time I visit Southampton. Also a very short walk to shops and town centre. We enjoyed the Xmas market

Perfectly comfortable home from home.

Fully equipped kitchen with good quality cookware & utensils , luxury bedding & comfortable bed, clean modern bathroom. Allocated parking space (a little tight for a large car🤷‍♀️) but very useful & convenient.

Communal staircase was a little grubby but very little the host can do about that. Once you’re in the apartment it’s of no consequence.

Good size, included parking, walking distance to marina, shops and town centre. Well-stocked kitchen. Isolated in evening but still felt safe. Well-lit outside.

A well laid out property with everything you need. Very comfortable beds, exceptionally clean, comfy lounge and very well appointed kitchen. Couldn’t fault it!

Not having a lift up to the flat on the 3rd floor was only an issue once my son ran the marathon…then it was tricky as his legs hurt a lot. The stairwell could do with a clean and tidy up. No complaints about the flat itself though.

No lift unfortunately and the parking space was a tight squeeze but this didn’t affect our stay

Better value than local hotels, clean, comfortable, good communication

Owner was very responsive and helpful. Flat was clean, modern and carefully thought out. A short walk into the centre. Parking space def saved us money and time.

Location was en route for students returning home after a night out. On the first night I was woken up 3 times by noisy people arguing or shouting in the street below. I guess that’s a lottery and not the owners fault. Second night it didn’t happen but one of the bedrooms is below a child’s room so there were little feet running around early morning which woke my friend up, the other room wasn’t bothered by this. It’s 3 floors up with no lift so if you have a lot of stuff it might not be ideal, didn’t bother us as we knew that when we booked.
