It was horrible and I was beyond embarrassed as we'd invited friends to come and stay with us.

The apartment was within walking distance of the town which is what we wanted but we were approached times for money and the area was not nice. Very shabby and tired.

The accommodation, surrounding area, lifts - everything was beyond tired. Furniture - mattress/tables just left in the stairwell. We were stopped and asked for money and cigarettes. Only able to park 1 x car and it's an apartment that supposedly sleeps 10. Everything in the apartment has been worn hard, the carpets dirty, iron marks on the carpet, broken lights, and noise with traffic and drunks walking around outside. All of this for over £400 for 2 nights - a total disappointment and rip-off. The worst place that we've ever stayed.

Fantastic short stay in this apartment in a great location.

Fantastic apartment is a superb location. Huge rooms, plenty of space for a family of 5 (and more!) Clean fluffy towels were provided with some lovely toiletries. Clear and concise instructions were provided on how to gain access to the private parking, lift and then the apartment. Communication was excellent also when I had a question.

Apartment could just do with a little TLC in places. But this didn’t spoil our stay at all. (Just a bit worrying as they ask for £200 deposit which is non refundable if you damage anything). We were very careful not to of course, but it would seem some previous guests were not as careful!

Spacious, perfect for family or groups with kids. There's high and cot for babies/toddlers. Kitchen was big and allowed for group cooking.

Would have love to have extra bin bags and maybe some tea bags.
