Some small teething problems and could do with some maintenance, which has been reported

The location was very close to marina and lots of restaurants, but need an uber or taxi into main town area. Two double bedrooms plus two bathrooms so good for two couples or family stays. Kitchen well equipped if you wanted to eat in with pots pans and crockery. Bed was comfortable with clean linen, towels could be better.

The road the apartment is on is not very pretty, the bins outside attracted rats unfortunately and felt a little out of town area. However only a short walk to marina restaurants. The shower pressure was not great but has been reported, along with a few maintenance issues.

The property did not live up to the description on Booking.com as A Smart Appartment. We left because of security concer

The appartments was light and airy and had been well cleaned. The kitchen and bathroom had a good breeze. The owners were both very pleasant and helpful and prompt with the repairs to the apartment. It was agreed to a refund of 3 nights of the 7 we didn’t stay. This was appreciated but hardly compensated for the misrepresentation of the property and lack of security.

The untidy entrance and the front door lock to the building was broken so the key was not required. They agreed to door could be pushed open by anyone. Access Code for the lift was the same for floors 4-7 so security was very poor. The foyer was damaged and needed cleaning as did the lift, Hallway carpet on level 4 was stained. Toilet was faulty and stopped flushing completely the first day. We used a bucket to flush overnight and the owner replaced parts the next morning. The main TV was still in Spanish and bedroom TV didn’t work. The owners spent hours fixing them. Also the bed really needs replacing for comfort.

The apartment was clean comfortable and big, it had everything you need. They fixed the hot water system and after that it was great.

The building the apartment was housed in was not so nice, broken doors in entry and it was very smelly in foyer and hallways. Yet once inside the apartment you forget about the above until you come and go. We lost hot water for 2 nights due to weekend, and we showered with mixing boiling water and cold water and manually washed. Yet this is ok as on the Monday it was fixed and running. Just a small adventure. The other half was not that happy, yet I improvised and it worked.

Electric sockets adjacent to bed would be good, but not a major criticism. Likewise a washing machine would be useful but, again, not a major criticism.

Slightly disappointed - standards don't meet the price

Location was good, apartment was modern decor and good washing machine

Entrance to apartment has the bins next to it which isn't pleasant. Communal areas and lift are old, dirty, and smell. Apartment looks nice, but items such as towels are thin and cheap, cutlery is cheap, and mattress felt budget. It was also very hot in the apartment despite it not being an overly warm week.

Nice property in handy location

We had a replacement room due to an issue with our original room. The apartment was great but it would be improved with some basic notes about the place. It looked like there was an extractor fan in the bathroom but we could not see how it worked. We were a bit unsure about rubbish, recycling etc. It may have just been because it was last minute room change.

Had a great experience at Atlantic Mansion.

The location was fabulous, I personally liked the apartment as it was quite big apartment with two bed room, two bathroom and one big hall with a big window and also the ocean view. It was really great. I just want to thank Neil and Chris, for the wonderful experience at Atlantic Mansion. It is such a nice place. Though, the entrance to the building you might not find fancy but the flat is worth it. I had a great time there.

The only thing I didn't like about is when the lift was out of order for more than 4 days and I was staying on the 6th floor.

Single female OAP booking!

Easy accesability, convenient to where I wanted to visit. Apartment sunny and bright and thankfully with cooling fans in bedrooms and sitting area. Once inside the flat felt comfortable and secure. Thoughtful bottles of water in fridge, good range of crockery and self catering cookware. Plenty of on street parking bays so no hassle in finding a space

The outside appearance of the building is not enhanced by seeing large rubbish bins but understand the need

I booked this flat because of the nice position and near the town centre. They didn’t let me know that the place was under maintenance service and being moved to another place far away from town. Nice place don’t get me wrong, but I got something else from what I paid for.

While the property is nice and clean, the broke down of the lift ruin our weekend plan as we were stuck in the apartment

The place is clean and good location, the lift broke down on both weekend that we were staying there and we have to climb 6 flights of steps as we were staying on the 5th floor as they couldn’t get someone to fix the lift. The worst was when we have checked out on the last weekend and have to carry all our luggage down 5 Floors. I think it is very important for them to let the tenant know where is the stairways as I have to call them to ask them in the middle of the night to ask where is the stairways when we got back and found that the lift has broken down

Modern city apartment with fab views

Great location, 25 min walk from city centre. Lovely views. Great facilities and bonus having an ensuite. It was a very hot day and the property was very hot but the host arranged for fans to be promptly delivered. Very modern and stylish apartment. Only negative was the double bed which was very creaky and wobbly so may need replacing and a loud clicking/clanging noise that came from the boiler, so we didnt get much sleep. Also on the Saturday evening we could hear loud party goers until 2am outside (obviously not the hosts fault). Sunday evening was however quiet outside. Parking was fine with meters right outside. Local shops nearby. Would recommend and would use again.

Beautifully furnished apartment, quite close to the city centre.

I was on the top floor with a great view towards the ferry terminal, and a small balcony. The washing machine was very handy and the tv had plenty of apps. The unit was a short drive from a large shopping centre and paid all day parking.

The paid parking on the street outside the unit was a bit problematic.

3 night stay for friends wedding. Big apartment that could accommodate more people

The apartment was spotlessly clean. Plenty of fluffy soft towels provided. Complimentary water and some key condiments. Iron and ironing board provided and in good condition ( we were in Southampton for a wedding so this was important) Two bathrooms were really handy also whilst getting ready
