Great value! Lovely, accommodating and responsive host. Fantastic having 2 bathrooms. Both bedrooms and living accommodation generous size. Free parking, right by the apartment was the icing on the cake.

Reqlly handy location as we were doing a powerboat course 5 min drive away.

Nothing bad.

The flat has all the amenities for a comfortable stay including parking also is very well located as it is close to the southampton city centre, St Mary's stadium, the University of Southampton, Southampton Solent University and shops such as aldi, and sainsbury's are within walking distance.

It had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms Nice big TV. Comfy sofa

2 towels were left on the ironing board in the hall next to a large hoover , I had to look in a laundry bag in a cupboard for a third towel as there was 3 in our party. I have never stayed anywhere that did not provide a new toilet roll in each bathroom. We were left with the leftovers from the previous occupants which amounted to half a used roll. I felt that we were in someone’s home as there was food in all the cupboards and a freezer full of meat. There was also a bra in the wardrobe !
