Good place to lay our heads.

Only used as a base to lay our heads during a family event. Did the job.

Very cozy apartment with 4 bedrooms and a living room. Modern and very clean. Bottle of wine was waiting for us on arrival. Instructions were sent by message, as well as handy information was in the house. We spent only 2 nights here but if someone plans to stay longer, there is a washing machine, dishwasher. The owner was available all the time and answered all questions. We highly recommend and will definitely come back!

Never again!

Good thing about this house is that it's warm. The old style radiators really working well. Parking is available for permit parking. We had two cars and one permit was provided plus a scratch card system for second car which was convenient.

The view of the garden could be better. Looking outside of kitchen window is some mildew and fungus on the walls which you cannot miss. We stayed as two families for a meet up over Christmas and the one toilet was inadequate, if only I read the reviews before booking this! Anyway this wasn't the worst thing, the shower didn't have a screen big enough so after you shower expect to clean up! The ventilation wasn't great in the house as this was a long style terraced property. The living room couldn't accommodate us all (5 adults & 2 young kids) so we couldn't gather together in one room at any one time and yes, don't trust the photos you see in the advert! But the icing on the cake was when there was a water leak from a spot light in the kitchen on Christmas day! After this we decided to leave earlier than our booked stay. The area this house is in wasn't quite for us either, highly disappointed!

Beautiful apartment, clean and excellently equipped. Great location, small grocery store right in the street, parking in front of the house.

Wonderful, clean house in a quiet street. Would recommend

The interior of the house is just as you see in the photos, Amazon themed and cosy. The property is well cared for and clean. It was great to have garden furniture, we were able to enjoy the evenings outside. Thank you for the one parking permit it was really helpful. We were able to walk to the centre of Southampton which was perfect. All in all a great stay, thank you :)

A second toilet would have been great for the number of people but it worked fine for us for a couple of nights.

Great House in Southampton

We had a great stay. House had everything we needed to be comfortable- kitchen well equipped, laundry and dishwasher were great. Location was fantastic for us and there was lots of room to spread out. Annie was super accommodating with arrival and departure times, etc.

We really can't complain about anything- maybe having some instant coffee and a few basic dry goods on hand would be helpful? This definitely doesn't affect the overall stay at all.
