Titanic Suite Penthouse

For us the position was excellent for the Boat Show Restaurant very close by An allocated parking spot in locked car park View from the balcony was excellent and we watched the departure of several cruise ships

The views were amazing. All the furniture was very new, modern and clean. Sitting on the balcony watching the ships was lovely. Very clean tidy and well thought out.

There was one stage missing from the check in instructions, to say go back down the lift from car park space and outside of the building, to then enter in a different door to get to the 7th floor. We got a bit confused

Había arañas y no solo salía agua caliente para la primer persona en bañarse. No hay aire acondicionado.

Aire, arañas, agua

Instructions for location of keys and retrieval were simple. Location was good.

The property description stated that there were 3 bedrooms. There are only 2. One bedroom had a very uncomfortable full bed, the other had a very uncomfortable twin bed. The other sleeping accommodation was a VERY hard ikea sofa bed. The description also said it had air conditioning...it does not have central air. What they have is one portable AC unit that you have to move around and it has a hose that has to be vented outside. The only feasible place to vent it is through one of the doors on the balcony which meant you had to leave the door open. It also meant that we had to carry the large unit up steep stairs to place it in the living room. This was disappointing as one of the reasons I rented the place was the AC and the number of bedrooms. Since no AC we had to keep windows open at night due to the hot July temps and the area is very loud. Lots of traffic and yelling from foot traffic.
