This was a fantastic apartment with everything you could need for a few nights stay. We stayed two nights for our son’s graduation with our daughter and having two bedrooms was great. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms are a good size. There is even an extra toilet upstairs, the bedrooms are downstairs. The living space is big with a lovely balcony where we sat each morning. It’s good value for money as there is a parking space and it’s in a quiet area.

Couple of minor suggestions It was very hot when we stayed a desk fan in the bedroom would have made it more bearable. The sofa is not the most comfortable to sit on as it’s also a sofa bed so maybe a comfy chair could be added.

Difficulty getting the key. Had to ask a neighbor for help. Took us time to figure out how to get into the property. Didn't anticipate the special building design, from the given address we could not get to the right floor unless....We finally learned our way around. Didn't like the steep stairs inside the apartment. But it is OK for people without physical limitations Very limited basic supplies. No soap in the upstairs bathroom where the entry door is. Want to cook? Buy your own ingredients. No oil nor spices.

Instructions for location of keys and retrieval were simple. Location was good.

The property description stated that there were 3 bedrooms. There are only 2. One bedroom had a very uncomfortable full bed, the other had a very uncomfortable twin bed. The other sleeping accommodation was a VERY hard ikea sofa bed. The description also said it had air conditioning...it does not have central air. What they have is one portable AC unit that you have to move around and it has a hose that has to be vented outside. The only feasible place to vent it is through one of the doors on the balcony which meant you had to leave the door open. It also meant that we had to carry the large unit up steep stairs to place it in the living room. This was disappointing as one of the reasons I rented the place was the AC and the number of bedrooms. Since no AC we had to keep windows open at night due to the hot July temps and the area is very loud. Lots of traffic and yelling from foot traffic.
