Summary:
A clean, modern one-bedroom apartment in central Southampton sleeping up to four, with a fully equipped kitchen, lift access and a pet-friendly policy — ideal for a couple, small family or group wanting a city base with easy access to the waterfront, theatres and rail links. Parking nearby is paid rather than free, and the apartment can feel warm in summer, so fans are provided and a cooler-season visit is worth considering.
The Space:
The apartment offers one bedroom with two beds, plus additional sleeping for up to four in total, making it a comfortable base for a small family or two couples travelling together.
The kitchen is set up for proper self-catering with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, kettle, coffee maker, cookware, baking sheet and a full set of crockery and silverware. The dining table gives everyone a place to sit and eat together.
All bed linen, extra pillows and blankets are provided, along with a hair dryer, body soap, conditioner and the everyday essentials. Board games add a relaxed evening option for families.
Coin-operated laundry is available in the building — handy for longer stays or families travelling with children. An iron, clothing storage and hangers are in the apartment.
Safety equipment includes a carbon monoxide detector, fire extinguisher and first aid kit.
Please note: there is no on-site parking. Paid parking is available nearby at around £11 per 12 hours based on recent guest experience. In summer months the apartment can feel warm; portable fans are provided but there is no air conditioning.

Getting Around:
Southampton Central station is within comfortable walking distance with frequent trains to London Waterloo taking around 80 minutes. Bus routes along London Road connect to wider city stops. Drivers can pick up the M3 or M27 for travel across Hampshire and beyond.

Me and my wife really enjoyed our stay in this apartment very clean and spacious had most amenities you need few things like tin opener wisk but nothing in the bigger picture shower space was great Only thing that lets the property down in my eyes is the windows not opening but it is vented in all rooms opening window when I sleep is a personal habit but over all great month stay
