Great location, comfortable beds. Close to coffee shops, a tesco express and restaurants.
Couldn’t get wi fi to work which wasn’t great. The flat is up two flights of stairs, no lift. The key safe was somewhat difficult to find as there are 3 on the right, and the key safe for the flat is at ground level, not where you would expect to look!

Spacious, very modern facilities. Did not feel cramped at all for my family of four. Has a lovely, airy feel. Very clean. Central location and quite close to the Southampton Common which has a great playground for little kids. It’s also a short drive to Southampton airport which worked for us.
Property itself is great, but probably not suitable for those with accessibility needs as is on the top floor and building has no lift.

The flat itself is very nice and nicely decorated.
Could be a bit better maintained, it's nigh impossible to unlock the front door and the floors felt rather sticky. Also some of the smaller practical details for day to day life were lacking: no toilet brushes, no bins in the bathrooms, only 4 forks.
