The location is good. It's a short walk to the Civic centre, and the central library as well as parks.
I would like the landlord to provide a clothes hanger or a closet with the clothes hanger as I didn't know where to hang my coats or my shirts on.

It's near the centre of Southampton and also close to Southampton Common. Very happy with our stay and would recommend if you are staying in Southampton Good wifi. The room and bed was comfortable and a decent lounge The Kitchen was also a nice size with all the appliances that we needed. The fridge and freezer was a good size too. The staff are also very responsive and refunded my deposit quickly.
No issues really but I'd recommend removing the desk, chair and chest of drawers from the room and putting in a cupboard rather. There wasn't any space to unpack clothing and we were there for 2 weeks.
