Struggled with check in and finding the exact location of the key safe, due to how the complex is set up took us a while, but the host were on hand to help with this

Brilliant Apartment

Clear instructions for entering and exiting. Location was excellent. Beds were so comfy. Underground garage was very secure. Overall the apartment was a home from home. I will deffinately recommend to my friends and also book there again next time im down that way. Thankyou

Location was fantastic, five minute walk one way to the football stadium which is what I was there for and 15 minute walk the other way for the city centre. Huge TV with streaming services was great. Bed was also super comfy.

The car park space and the entrance next to it was flooded in an inch or more of water. Had to take all belongings out of the boot beforehand as I couldn’t get to the boot. Didn’t fancy having to take shoes and socks off to be able to get to the apartment.

Nice place to stay

Nice flat in walking distance of city centre. Car parking available if needed. Flat came with all amenities and also had tea and coffee. Good communication from landlord.

Nice and clean flat and sufficient for a short one night stay. We had a comfortable stay once we find the flat.

It took us a while to find the right entrance and the key box. It can be a bit confusing especially if you arrived when it is after sunlight

Lovely flat, great location and super host

The property was well located, lovely and clean and well appointed. The instructions sent on where to find the key and park were excellent.

Nothing about the property itself or the host, the only issue we had was extremely noisy neighbours in the flat above meaning 4 in our party didn’t get much sleep.

Accessible to everywhere

Lovely kitchen . Very clean and well kept apartment

It was difficult to find the keys. The lockbox was not easily in sight on the balcony. The name of the building is not over the entrance door so we searched the street side for some time before realizing it was the wrong entrance door. The bathroom tub and shower were very slippery when wet. One of our group fell. We didn’t feel it was safe for seniors.

Great place to stay if you want to be in that area. Close to football stadium and very close overlooking the university

Lovely flat - very clean and tidy. Host very quick to respond. Secure parking very good indeed. Flat and host perfect. Really enjoyed staying here. Was perfect for my needs. Flat was nice and quiet. Also well equipped.

Bit of a faff getting in first time. Very difficult to find first key box. And get to flat to get key for car park. Students having a roof top party a bit rowdy. Required a bit of luck to find a Chinese restaurant by the church which was excellent but the only close option. Flat full of oil based scent - was over powering on arrival. But once removed to a cupboard and windows opened want an issue.

Too many overpowering air fresheners which made us feel ill. Not enough ventilation or air conditioning even though our boat was delightful and had two u ‘‘tis it needed 4.

The apartment was well presented and spotless. . BUT there was absolutely no need for the 4 reed diffusers and a plug -in air freshener. I had to put them in a cupboard as the smell was overwhelming and gave me a headache. There was nothing in the immediate vicinity,we ordered an Uber to take us to the Marina for a meal.

Spaceous and comfortable, except for the keys and parking

Spaceous apartment with well equiped Kitchen and two bed rooms and 2 bathrooms

Was a bit of a puzzle where to find the key to the house, then go to 2nd floor to pickup remote of car park and then could drive car into carpark while being double parked on side of the building. Also did I park in wrong parkinglot which resulted in a note of an angry neighbour. Maybe I hadnt read the instructions well enough.

What can I say about what we liked well we liked everything about our stay location was great for us just a 20 min drive from peppa pig world and when we arrived at the apartment after a long day driving and a long day at peppa pig world the host had left a birthday card and some birthday cakes on the table for my daughter which was a lovely thing for them to do. The apartment was spotless beautifully layed out with everything you could possibly need the beds were comfy big tv in the front room with big tvs also in both bedrooms the master bedroom also had a en suite with a great shower were the main bathroom had a lovely bath there was also safe secure underground parking & free WiFi at the apartment overall myself and my family had a great stay

Hours before departure from uk and was contacted asking for too much personal information, passport numbers Nation Ins number full name address etc too much and was pressured to supply this along with suspicious link to pay additional fees. When questioning this the host became confrontational. Did not proceed and lost out on money.

Very comfortable. Nice layout. Had all basics in already including some tea and coffee. Nice touch. Very clean and modern.

If you have limited mobility it is a good 10 or so minutes walk from main shopping. Can hear the traffic if you are not used to it but it’s not a busy road.

הדירה מאוד גדולה ונוחה, עם מטבח גדול שמצוייד בכל מה שרק אפשר לחשוב עליו. אפילו מכונת כביסה. נראה שהמארחים חשבו על כל פרט ופרט כדי שהאירוח יהיה קל ונעים. מאוד הערכנו את תשומת הלב לפרטים הקטנים. התקשורת עם המארחים הייתה קלה ופשוטה. הם גם איפשרו לנו צ'ק אין מוקדם, שזאת הייתה ממש הצלה מבחינתנו. ההוראות למציאת המפתח היו פשוטות וברורות. בסך הכול הייתה לנו שהות מאוד נוחה בדירה.

שני דברים קטנים: 1. היו חסרים מתלים למגבות. 2. אין בדירה מזגן אלא מאווררים חשמליים.לנו זה הספיק כי לא הגענו ביום חם במיוחד, אבל לא בטוחה שזה יעזור לחום כבד.
