Everything was wonderful — the service, the room, and the location. Clean and comfortable. The host took care of all our needs kindly and efficiently.

The location of the B&B is very central, only a minute away from the busy areas of piazza Dante and piazza del Gesù Nuovo. Yet, the rooms themselves were very quiet and the noise that is just meters away could not be perceived. The breakfast at the bar was good (Italian style, coffee and cornetto). The owner, Kateryna, was helpful with accommodating the requests of my employer for traceability of payments. During my stay, there was an issue with low water pressure in the shower, that got quickly handled by the owners.

A few days prior to my arrival, I sent a message to the property through booking, explaining that I need a receipt for my employer and asking information for about the check-in process: how to access the property, whether I need an electronic code to open any doors, etc. This process was less smooth than expected, but was ultimately resolved positively, with great care by Kateryna to accommodate my employer's requests for fund traceability.

Kateryna was extremely helpful and even gave us her phone number in case we needed anything, as she wasn’t at the reception all day. Our room was clean and the accommodation is perfectly located in the city center, in a very safe area. I definitely recommend staying here!

Excellent place to stay. Staff was fantastic, location was great. Breakfasts at near coffee shop was good for a few days. Really nothing to complain about
