Rinuccini Relais

The rooms were beautifully decorated and very stylish and modern in style, though keeping the charm of the old building and immaculate. Very comfortable beds, great shower, drinks in the minibar at very reasonable prices. The property was near some great little bars and shops, right next to Dante Metro, so good for travelling independently. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very nice.

It was a little hard to find, and the lift is temperamental but minor issues. Only breakfast, so no bar or other food services.

Central location

Great location. Fabulous 55 square meter room in old building. Right in the centre of old Naples. Lorenza provided us with useful information regarding local restaurants. Provided us with an early check in and organised taxi to the airport. Great breakfast.

Nothing

The room was comfortable and spacious. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom had a side table with drawers in it so you had a place to put everything. The little kitchenette was very helpful for morning tea & snacks. I had forgotten about the breakfast they serve, which was delicious, and the staff was very friendly & helpful. The stay is right in the heart of Naples, and you can get the feel of the city. We ate at some amazing little restaurants just steps away. The owners of these restaurants treated us like family, and again, the food was amazing.

The only thing is it was difficult to find Rinuccini Relais once we arrived at the square, and a shopkeeper next door was able to point us in the right direction. You also need to pay 0.20 euro to ride the elevator up and down, which we didn't have any euros on us. They told us we could have called them to help us instead of climbing the stairs. Once you check in, they supply you with euros to go up and down the elevator during your stay. Again, they were very friendly and helpful during our stay.
