Tutt 'e Sant Luxury Rooms

This is my second stay here and I would certainly return. The hotel is full automated so you are on your own, but the bed nice. Some of the surfaces like the shower and stairs are sleek but slippery or feel less safe if you are older or intoxicated. But an amazing deal and super central

The property was centrally located with cafe and local restaurants near by and walking distance to the bevello port The host were very accommodating and so helpful and allowed us to have 7pm check out at a small cost couldn’t recommend highly enough

Self check in process was easy, Giuseppe was helpful and responded almost immediately to a message. Two different coffee machines just outside our door within the B&B. In between the like and don't like I'd like to point out that the shower had lights that changed colors like a disco. Also the giant glass wall with mini-blinds was a questionable choice for a bathroom wall. The entry room with the couches looks great in pictures but isn't really practical for use. I can't fault the operator for the neighborhood but it was covered in graffiti and my fiance didn't feel safe, but all the people walking around seemed ok to me. Immediate area was NOT nice.

The bed was horrible, or to be more precise, HALF of the bed was horrible. My lady had a comfortable night on a comfortable mattress that was flat, and I slept on the side that was tilted like a rooftop which is to say I continuously rolled to the very edge of the bed. It was not comfortable on my side. We were in the San Gemma room.

Room was clean and stylish, it was in a good location go explore Naples. Check in was quick and easy and we were able to check in early which made dropping our cases off really easy!

The property was a little run down, there was marks on the walls and little things like the shower needed a little TLC, however overall the room was lovely and very comfortable with extra pillows and blankets etc. The room was noisy, the fridge would make a loud click on sound during the night, the shower dripped throughout the night and a building alarm went off numerous times from 2am.
