The room and its location was exceptional. We had an opportunity to meet the owner at the end of our stay; she was extremely nice. we told her about a small issue we had with the coupons they had left for breakfast to a restaurant across the street. She was apologetic and unhappy that the experience happened. She was going to remedy it that day.
