We only stayed for one night before our flight the next morning. The room was large and there was plenty of space for the 4 of us. The palazzo is really impressive...my kids loved the giant door (and the smaller door within). The area was perfect for us to get a taste of Naples in the less than 24 hours that we were able to spend.

The place had everything you need. The staff were very attentive, friendly and encouraging to explore the city. The beds were comfortable but the bed was upstairs and it did become warm despite having the fan on.
The space was not exactly what we expected, as it was more empty and less cozy or comfortable than the photos had presented. The location is right in Old Town which was loud and chaotic considering it was "off season", which at times was overstimulating.
